Stay in bed

When you eventually awaken, you find yourself to still be quite tired. Not even bothering to look outside or check the time, you stay in bed, not wanting to move or really do anything. Are you just comfy? Are you depressed? Most people probably would be if all of their loved ones disappeared overnight. Are you bored? Humans are social animals, after all, so staying alone in here probably isn’t good for you. But what else are you gonna do, stay alone out there? You pull out your phone. Still nothing. No one is anywhere. But you are still here.

Where did everyone go anyways? Were they taken? Killed? Erased from the fabric of reality? Did they leave? Did they mean to leave you behind? Are they coming back? Is this National No John Day? Did they all go “Hey, John’s asleep! Let’s leave them behind!”
