Start of a New Adventure!

Ok, so we have the second Volume, Adventure, whatever, for Jessica Brown (formally Jessica Smith), aka GOLDEN GIRL! With that in mind let's get the ball rolling!

One year, it has been about one year since Jessica/Golden Girl started being a Super Hero, and found out that her husband was cheating on her, and started sleeping around like a slut.

Now she is a single woman, ok a single MOTHER, still a High School Teacher, AND a Super Hero!

But what is she doing now?

Interpretation: Oh, so it looks like Golden Girl has to “learn the Truth” about a “New villain”! As for Rewards, Superheroes tend to not get paid directly. But perhaps it means she could get in good with the local Cops, increase her social media presence, etc. Which would definitely be “valuable”.

Interpretation: Something is being Stolen(Take), and the robbery will kick off the new story arch. Pretty basic but nothing wrong with that..

Interpretation: Golden Girl is out on the town doing SUPER HERO SHIT and is currently fighting some Criminal. For a Superhero is it a relatively “Normal” encounter.

But how Dangerous is the situation?

Interpretation: So nothing special. Not of an encounter but nothing too crazy. So I’m thinking a group of Minions with a slightly stronger Lieutenant. None of them will have powers or be anything close to a Super Villain though.

Interpretation Summary: Golden Girl is stopping a robbery, a robbery which will be the introduction to a New Villain(s). Doing this will be valuable because it will get her in good with the Local Cops and/or increase her Superhero Social Media Presence. Now Let's get Started!

Golden Girl was having a rather normal evening. Or normal for an up and coming C-List Super Hero that is.

Normal being stopping a crime in progress by stopping a bunch of armed robbers. “Well well, what do we have here?” While announcing her presence by bursting through a wall. While the local cops tended to frown on excessive property damage, most of the business owners didn’t. In fact, since that type of damage was standard coverage with insurance they tended to consider it an opportunity to renovate their buildings. Combine that with how it kept construction crews constantly employed, a few people had even tried to BRIBE GG to ‘accidentally’ cause some property damage. Not that she ever accepted the offers.

Besides, the voice in her head wouldn’t let her. ‘It is bad enough that you walk around town dressed like a stripper. We aren’t going to start committing crimes and taking bribes.’

‘Maybe we should have? We don’t exactly make a lot on a teacher’s salary.’ Striding confidently she takes in the scene.

So only 1. Ok, I’ll change it from a group of Minions and a LT to just a single mini boss. Since Golden Girl is PL 9, I’ll have this Dude be PL 8.

What kind of enemy should they be though? I’ll Roll. I could make this list longer but

I don’t want to add Speedster since Golden Girl’s main Ally is a speedster

I don’t want to have a lot of overlap. Martial Artist covers anyone that wouldn’t have actual “powers”, Gadget User would also cover people in power suits, robots, etc.

‘We can talk about this later Jessica. Because it looks like I’ve found a bit of fun.’ The fun being that instead of finding a team of criminals committing a robbery Golden Girl had found a single man. He didn’t look that special, but judging from the damage she could see and the fact that he was alone meant that he probably had some kind of superpowers.

The voice in her head reminds the blond superhero, ‘Just remember to be careful GG.’

GG smiles a little. ‘But what’s the fun in that?’

To the man in front of her she says. “How about you save yourself the trouble and surrender now. Or don’t, I’m honestly kind of bored and could use the work out.” GG flexes to make her point. Not that she really expects the man to back down.

Golden Girl doesn’t really want, or expect the man to back down. But it would technically be better, boring, but better if he just surrendered.

I considered having GG do a persuasion check, but for what? There IS going to be a fight! My only question is does the man recognize the Superhero Golden Girl?

The man, who looks to be in his mid to late 20s, glares at her, his eyes lingering on her large breasts and her boob window. “Damn, your tits really are that big!” GG smirks in amusement. She would be lying if she said she didn’t like the attention. “I wonder, are you as big of a slut as the rumors say you are?”

Besides, it often made people like this underestimate her. “Sadly for you, you won’t get to find out.” Not that she hadn’t traded sex for information before, or favors, or just because it was fun.

As Golden Girl readied herself, the voice in her head cautioned, ‘Careful GG, he is by himself, knows who you are, and isn’t worried.’

‘I’m always careful.’

‘No, I’M the careful one. You are reckless.’

‘But it’s more fun that way.’ Grinning at the robber, GG raises her fists and gets ready to subdue the criminal.

The man raises his fists in response as a large grin appears on his face. “Oh, I’m going to enjoy breaking you.”
