Starkwelt

Starkwelt is a medieval fantasy world (occasionally stretching to renaissance technology, in some places and at some times) misruled by gods of strife and misery. It is principally intended as a sandbox for freeform and/or mixed-system roleplay. Most of the details beyond the general tone and genre (a crapsack world sliding up and down a continuum from grim dark and noble dark) are yet to be fleshed out, since, in the full spirit of solo roleplay, I intend for almost everything else to be determined by oracles during play.

Even the name was informed by drawing a tarot card, specifically the Nine Of Wands. Whilst I've designed it to be my own personal playground, I have no objection to anyone else having fun with it (in the very unlikely event someone feels inspired to).
