Speak with Nemo

I wonder what Nemo is doing. I find her tinkering with the ornithopter, which is a key factor to this mission.

Small explosions keep going off, and smoke rises from different parts of the machine.

Lupin said she was going to fly to the train in that, but will it fly at all now?

"Nemo? Is everything all right?" I ask.

"Hey, Caleb! Everything's fine. Isn't it a saying that success is built upon countless failures?" Nemo asks.

"Um..."

"Don't even worry about it! I can just picture it! The very moment you fall in love with me, as we cruise through the sky."

"That doesn't sound like a real thing." I laugh a little as I say this. "Nemo? What's the matter?"

"Huh? Oh, I was just thinking about how nice you look when you smile. That's all."

I look down, not knowing how to react.

Nemo keeps saying things like that to me, encouraging me to smile.

And then I don't know how to respond and I feel even more embarrassed. Maybe we should have a... quickie. Before I know it, I kiss Nemo on the lips. "It's getting cold. Maybe we could huddle up for warmth." I gently push Nemo onto her back and make out with her on the soft grass. We both caress each other's bodies.

Nemo wraps her legs round my waist.

Neither of us is stripping naked or anything, but I run my hand across Nemo's breast.

Nemo moans loudly.

I'd better stop. I get off of Nemo and stand up.

"Hey, what happened?" Nemo asks, getting up.

"I'm sorry. We shouldn't get too carried away. We've got a job to do." I say.

"Just a little more." Nemo kisses me on the lips.

"Nemo, what are you doing?" Lupin asks.

I didn't notice her.

"How long were you watching?" Nemo asks.

"I just want to inform you that something has come up." Lupin says.
