There is no time to loose and the fastest way to find people is heading southwards. You head to the orange river and follow its course to the south, trusting fortune to favor the brave.

During the next three days, the landscape is not very different form the one you have been used to during your entire life. You lived 20 years in the high lands, amidst lush green forests and rolling hills. The terrain here is rugged, with dense foliage and small streams crisscrossing the area. The air is cool, and you see thick deciduous forests wherever you go.

After three days, you finally run out of food. You should take some time to try finding something to eat.

a) Set traps to hunt small animals (Requires a Wits check)

b) Fish in the river (Requires a dexterity check. You will have a +1 bonus thanks to having an adequate tool for it; a spear)

c) Hunt a big animal (Requieres a vigor check)

d) Gather fruits, vegetables and roots (You will have a +2 bonus thanks to being in a familiar biome).
