You decide it’s best to work with Jess's strengths, and you spend a day working on how she will speak to you in front of the other pledge girls, how she’ll speak about you to the other pledge girls, and how to maximize her influence over her false friends to win them to Erin's agenda: having fun, slutting it up, making the sorority look good, and attracting the male cream of the crop to propagate the entire Greek life system once again.

Jess cackles and slaps a naked knee, clad only in her underwear for this part of her persona training. She pretends to lean back in for confiding whispers to her supposed sorority sister, but in a voice audible enough that you can hear. "See? He adores that I can be obedient and sound intelligent at the same time. I’m just hopeful this will endear me to him better, lest he tires of me and replaces me with a younger, sexier girl."

You have to brush up on your SAT vocabulary to keep up with Jess, but the important thing is that she’s smart and making this decision to be with you. You don’t need to actually be wordy or intellectual. In fact, it sends an important message to the pledge girls that they need to do their absolute best in all aspects of their lives to present properly for male approval, intelligence included.
