Sophie's Bad Choice

As Sophie stepped naked onto the street and the reality of what she was doing hit her she felt like she was going to have a panic attack. How had she even got herself into this crazy situation? Unlike her friends she was perfectly able to wear clothes but all of hers were back in Mel's flat - along with her phone, wallet and house keys. Also unlike her friends, this was Sophie's first time naked in public. She kept asking herself why the hell she had allowed herself to be pressured into this. Something about how much everyone else was enjoying their stupid app had made what she was doing now sound exciting and adventurous but she was finding the reality to be very different. It was just Charlie and her on the street now but how long would that last for? She was just stood there with her naked body on display for anyone to see. She was covering herself as best she could but this was still way too much. She was cold and the gravel felt tough on the soles of her feet below. She was not supposed to be out here like this.

"I want to go back inside"

"And spoil the prank for your friends?" Charlie answered "Look, my car is right here. How about I drive us to the shops, you can wait in it while I pick up the shopping, I'll drive us round the block a couple of times so we don't get back too quickly and you can be the big hero who took one for the team."

"Are those windows tinted?" Sophie checked as she considered this.

"They are" Charlie smiled amiably.

Sophie nodded unenthusiastically in agreement as Charlie reached for his keys and a bleeping sound indicated it was open. Sophie wordlessly climbed into the passenger seat and strapped herself in. The reality of being naked away from her friends and the safety of Mel's place was beginning to hit hard. She couldn't wait to get this over with.

For the first few minutes of the ride Sophie said very little. She didn't feel like conversing with a virtual stranger while completely nude. Everything about this was feeling more uncomfortable by the minute. It was only when her concerns grew as to where Charlie was taking her that she spoke up.

"Where are we going? You passed the shop already?"

"I'm taking you on a detour" Charlie smiled.

"A detour?!" Sophie exclaimed in disbelief as she was rapidly moving increasingly further away from her clothes and belongings "No detours! In fact I don't even want to go to the shop, just take me back to Mel's now!"

"Where's the fun in that?" Charlie shot Sophie a wicked grin "Anyway, what's the problem? It's not like you are naked"

"Of course I'm naked!" Sophie replied angrily, the joke truly over now.

"I want you to say that again"

"What?"

"I want you to tell me that you are completely naked in my car"

Sophie could hardly believe what she was hearing. What was up with this freak?

"I'm not saying anything just because you order me to!"

"Fine, then I guess we are going on a long drive"

Was this guy serious? If he was then Sophie realised there was very little she could do but humour him.

"What do you even want me to say?"

"Just say your name and that you are completely naked in my car"

Sophie's face reddened as she spoke.

"Fine. I , Sophie Stone, am completely naked in your car. Can we PLEASE go back now."

"No. But thanks, that was adorable"

"Why are you doing this?"

Sophie could only sit in stunned silence at the anxiety nightmare her real life was suddenly turning into continued to unfold. She had no way of contacting her friends, but Mel had Charlie's details at least.
