Most of this stuff is either just ornamental or doesn't belong to Lati at all. You doubt a cute but sorta stupid acting babe like Lati knows much about nursing, accounting, Russian languages, digital art, and also nuanced and complex political sciences...

The Book you go through is "The Art of Manipulation". It's an older book written during the Cold War about how mainstream media can be warped by political entities to mislead citizens and cloud the facts. Honestly, this thing was ahead of its time, even if it's dry and boring.

Unsurprisingly, the book has another girl's name in it, not Lati's.
