“How can you be here?” Chi asked, the thought that she might be dreaming starting to rise in her mind.

“I was sent by God,” Sasha said, a smile quirking the corner of her lips. The same one she had gotten when she had something juicy to say. “He has chosen you.”

“Chosen me to do what?” Chi asked, pushing herself up into a sitting position now.

“He wants you to be the mother of his son.” Sasha replied, her voice filled with the same glee she had had when she won twenty dollars on a scratch card.

“What?” Chi replied, suddenly sure that she was dreaming. There was no way this could be real.

“He said that the time for the second coming was now,” Sasha began to explain. “So he sent me to deliver the message along with his son.”

“I don’t see a baby in your arms,” Chi countered, now that she was sure this was all a dream she began to relax.

“The Son of God still needs to be born like a man,” Sasha lectured. “That’s why he gave me this.”
