Sofia Falcone-Gigante, also known as the Hangman, is the daughter of the late Carmine Falcone and a serial killer. Following her father's **** at the hands of the Riddler and her brother's at the hands of the Penguin, she returns to Gotham City after a stint at Arkham State Hospital to gain power over the Falcone Crime Family as its new boss. After being betrayed by Penguin a second time, she massacred most of her family members and reforms her father's empire into the Gigante Crime Family, with her as its boss. After Penguin destroyed the Gigante Crime Family and kidnapped Sofia, instead of killing her, Penguin orchestrated a much worse fate for her; Sofia's worst nightmare came true, and Sofia was sent back to Arkham State Hospital indefinitely for her key role in the Bombing of Crown Point mass ****.

She is portrayed by actress Cristin Milioti.
