Social status

Josh had another idea, after remembering today he was planning to see the speech of the newly elected female prime minister.

• The higher a woman’s social status, the more she can be openly sexually harassed without any repercussions, and the less she can to do stop it (other than attempt to reduce her own social status).

Josh mused on the implications of this change. This might even make sense considering the historical tradition of protecting high class women, harems as (originally) just the places high class women lived, legends about no one being allowed to see the princess (because if they were allowed to see her or be in the same room as her, they would also be allowed to just **** her. She is the princess, so high status you can do anything to her).
And if that tradition was even stronger in the newly created history, it is plausible that feminism rejected the idea that women need to be protected. Sees a woman’s sexual vulnerability as a good and inevitable sign of women finally having power and influence in society. Or the statement "some women get harassed and even ****" at all is considered anti-feminist, and a reinforcement of patriarchal paternalist dogma.
He decided not to add rules to change the specifics, before seeing the natural results.
