Soccer and ice cream!

Adam and I practiced kicking the soccer ball around in the backyard for about half an hour before we decided to take a much needed snack break.

"Hey, how was your practice, baby?" Amy asked her son when the girls came downstairs to the kitchen.

"Great!" Adam replied before stuffing his mouthful of grapes. "Uncle..."

"What did I tell you about talking with your mouthful?" she scolded her son. "Chew before you swallow!"

Adam obeyed his mother before speaking again. "Uncle Ian said I could have some ice cream after the game!"

"Oh, did he?" Amy muttered, giving me the side eye.

"Yes he did!" Adam incriminating me with no second thought of pointing his finger at me.

"Snitch!" I muttered at the boy before turning my attention to his mother. "I thought Adam deserves an award after his game."

Amy nodded and smiled at her son. "Okay, babe, finish up so we can get ready for your game."

"Yes, Mommy!" Adam nodded before taking a big bite of apple slice.

Adam's soccer game was more chaotic than trying to herd cats. The parents cheered their children on while the kids ran around the field kicking the ball (sometimes in the wrong direction). In the end, it didn't matter neither team scored because everyone had fun. I had kept my promise to Adam and treated him (and the girls) to ice cream after the game.

"What do you say, baby?" Amy asked her son after the ice cream parlor clerk happily handed the double chocolate ice cream cone to him.

"Thank you, Uncle Ian!" Adam cheered.

"You're welcome!" I smiled.

"Thank you, honey!" Elizabeth chirped, giving me a kiss on the cheek.

Talia and Amy thanked me with kisses as well that caused the young man behind the counter to raise his eyebrows. I noticed the clerk kept staring at our table — I didn't blame him because I was with three beautiful women whose well-endowed bosoms were barely contained by their t-shirts. Apparently the girls noticed too because they were looking at me while sensually licking their ice cream.

"You should eat your ice cream before it melts, honey," my wife warned me, snapping me out of my daze.

"Yeah, sorry!" I replied, licking the dripping ice cream on my fingers.

"What were you daydreaming about?" Talia asked.

"Oh, nothing really," I replied. "I'm just happy..."

"Oh, about us," she noted, pointing to Elizabeth and herself.

"Yeah, that we're a family," I nodded, looking down at Adam, who was so busy eating his ice cream that he was oblivious to our conversation.

"You love being in a family, baby?" Amy asked her son.

"Yes, Mommy!" Adam nodded. "Uncle Ian is very nice to me!"

"What about me?" Talia wondered with a pout of fake hurt.

"You are very nice to me, Auntie Talia!" the boy cheered. "You gave me a new bicycle!"

"You spoil him," Amy shook her head.

"Yup!" Talia announced with a proud grin.

"And me?" Elizabeth interrupted to break the tension between the other two women.

"Yes, you make me pancakes!" Adam chirped.

I couldn't stop smiling the rest of the afternoon and into the evening — I was going to be father to two babies! Our unique family was going to get bigger. My newfound joy wasn't lost on the girls, who promised that we would have a special celebration after Adam fell asleep.
