So, the Ai is a bit finicky. I didn't have it change the prompt but it suddenly switches from a Sarah who is in control and sort of guiding the situation like a powerful matron, to what you see below. Sarah "begging" is how it interpreted my prompt.

Sarah's eyes widened as she watched Jake reach his peak with Amy. She was eager to take her turn with him, to feel his touch and experience the pleasure that Amy had just enjoyed. "Please, Jake," Sarah said, her voice barely above a whisper. "Let me take a turn with you next." Jake grinned, enjoying the sight of Sarah begging. "What's that? I didn't quite hear you," he teased. Sarah felt a flush of embarrassment and frustration, but she was too turned on to care. "Please, Jake," she said again, more firmly this time. "I want to be with you."
