Taylor Hebert was not a creative person. At least not unless something **** her to be, and with the disturbing ammount of freedom granted by the rulebook...

"This is AMAZING!" Taylor laughed as she flew through the city, having become the brickest of all fliers possible. "WOOOOOO!"

Thankfully she did have the sense of rounding out her powers, even if it was by plagiarizing the Triunvirate...

An extremely wordy New Rule made her, Taylor Hebert, the sole owner and perciever of the rulebook a completely impervious parahuman with 'as much as needed' levels of strength, beams -because of course- and a singular 'free slot' as homage to Eidolon, that could become any power she felt like.

Taylor Hebert was a brilliant woman.

"Beware villains! Here comes... Uh..."

...When something **** her to be.

"I'll... i'll figure that out later"

At least her current freebie was an all-encompassing stranger power to keep her from being unmasked before even starting her carrier.

For now though, she returned home. There was school tomorrow.

A/N: So imma split a branch here, last chapter was in case someone wanted to plug a different powerset, this one is if someone wants to actually start the worm plot cause running into Lung right now or retconing some more Rules in the span between the last chapter and this one can be done smoothly.

A/N2: Kinda irks me how everyone memes Tay into being some innate warlord that singlehadedly saved the world with her naturalborn gigabrain moves. I mean, she got played by pretty much every faction and only won out because they underestimated her or she went far beyond expectations, (and not in an impressive way,) usually with Tattletale's exposition cheat active holding her hand.

I mean, hell, she was fully thinking about going undercover and then selling out a team with a Thinker on it, /Tattletale/.

Like, her extremely OP power carried her through and by the time she had to look good the rep and emotion-dumping carried her too, her Scion win was so contrived it kinda got chalked as a Path.
