Chapter 83 by John389 John389

What's next?

Sleeping in the rain

The funny thing about being inside of a zoo enclosure, is that the visitors of the zoo think that they are the ones watching the zoo's residents. But what they don't realize is that the zoo's residents also get to watch those visitors all day long. As I was crawling around, that was exactly what I was doing; observing everybody walking by.

I noticed that there were far fewer visitors than there had been over the weekend. It could be because many more people went to the zoo during the weekend. But maybe also because the aviary was, perhaps, at a location with less foot traffic?

With still no clock in sight I had no idea what time it was, but it couldn’t be much later than 11 AM, I thought. The few people that now came along walked by, oftentimes with barely stopping at my enclosure. But that’s okay, I had been entertaining people the entire morning, and realized that I had grown rather tired. The conversation I had had with Stacey had definitely contributed to this as well.

Because I was feeling tired, and the low number of people walking by, I stopped crawling around and laid down on the floor in a similar fashion as I had done last night when I went to sleep. Not too surprisingly, my eye lids slowly closed as well. For a moment I pondered if this was acceptable. After all, wasn’t I supposed to entertain the people coming by? Internally I debated whether I had to open my eyes again, or whether it was acceptable to lie down for a few minutes.

I settled the debate that it was allowed to lie down. After all, while walking through the zoo I’d seen plenty of animals sleeping. In fact, I wondered if the majority of the animals weren’t just napping throughout the day. “Living the dream!”, I chuckled.

As I lied down as comfortably as possible with my eyes closed, it didn’t take long to fall asleep. Suddenly I saw a naked Stacey standing next to me in ‘my’ aviary. I took a good look. She was just drop-dead gorgeous. The nails on her toes had clearly been recently polished. While moving my eyes upwards, I saw a pair of well defined muscles encircling her thighs. Between these thighs was a very attractive pussy covered in a bush that had been shaved probably one or two weeks ago.

Looking up even further I saw a pretty flat belly with just a small stomach pouch. It simply looked pretty fit, definitely not fat. Looking up even further I saw a nice pair of boobs. Because I was looking down at her from the floor they maybe looked a little bit bigger than they really were, but they were looking really perky and I was pretty sure they were a B-cup. On top of this perfect picture was her head, looking down at me with a flirtatious smile. The smile was enough on its own to make anybody fall in love with. She looked like the perfect girl from my dreams.

All of a sudden I heard something fall on the roof of the aviary. In fact, it wasn’t just one thing falling, it were multiple things falling on top of my enclosure in rapid succession. I opened my eyes to see what was going on and I realized that I had, in fact, just been dreaming. Bummer! This meant that it was going to take a while longer for me to see Stacey standing naked next to me inside my enclosure – that’s too bad.

My eyes now fully opened, I tried to diagnose what the sound was that I was hearing. Now that I was awake, its source was easy to determine: I was hearing rain drops smash into the metal sheeting on top that would prevent any avian occupants from flying out.

On the street around me I saw a few people running for shelter. Some were more or less dressed for any kind of wet weather, but others were clearly dressed for sunny weather only. During the weekend it had been a little warmer than usual for this time of year. But given how it was only March, wearing a t-shirt could be described as adventurous. Coming to think of it, though, I was naked. So whoever walked by was wearing way more clothes than I was.

The rain increased in strength, and so did the wind. Other than the roof, the aviary provided zero shelter. Now that the wind was picking up, more rain was blowing into the aviary and I was slowly getting even less comfortable laying on the floor here.

I pulled up my knees so I ended up in a fetal position. For now, this wasn’t going to get any better for me, so I simply decided to close my eyes once more. I tried to focus on the sound of the rain drops hitting the roof. Slowly but surely I snoozed away.

“Hey, you! Are you awake?”, I heard a voice standing right next to my cage say.

I hadn’t fallen asleep too deeply, and with this interruption I was fully awake at once. It was still raining, the floor around me being somewhat moist, almost wet. As I was lying in the fetal position, my back was facing the gate, which is where the voice was coming from. I stretched my legs and turned around to see who was standing at the gate.

Who does Bridget see at the gate?
