Shepard may be retired but her physical activity was still strong and thanks to all the tech inside her from both Cerberus and the Alliance in her rebirths, she was stronger than most.

"Yes!" She let out when EDIs robotic arm hit the table.

"Impressive Shepard."

"You held back some."

"I calculated your strength to match. It appears you were stronger than I thought."

"So Shepard went from the loser to big winner." Samantha said.

"That means Liara now has to do whatever Shepard wants her to." Kasumi said.
