Shepard is the Shadow Broker

Shepard climbed onto the Normandy and headed to her room. She pulled up her omni tool. “EDI, did you do what I asked you to do?”

“Yes, Shepard,” EDI said. “Liara T’soni no longer has access to the Shadow Broker consoles or terminals. All data has been transferred to your omni tool and private terminal. As far as I’m aware the only people who know that you are the Shadow Broker now is Aria and you. And Liara when she finds out she no longer has access.”

“Good,” Shepard said. “Let’s keep it that way. I think it’s time I go my separate ways from the rest of them.”

“I’ll tell Jeff to bring you home,” EDI said. “I imagine you have a lot of work you’ll want to do.”

Shepard nodded. “Thank you, EDI.”

And with that the Normandy left the Omega Docking Bay heading into the Mass Relay, towards Earth.
