what does she decide?

She searches for something to cover herself with.

Rosario hide under a desk in a cubicle and tried to listen for anyone or anything else on the floor. Taking the absolute silence as confirmation that she was alone, she got out, trying to make as little noise in her bare feet as she could manage.

First things first: modesty.

If she didn't just black out and found her way there on her own, people would notice her absense, perhaps even by extraordinary means. Or worse, she was kidnapped and she'd rather not give them any ideas should they find her completely naked.

There must have been a closet or corner office somewhere where someone left something. A spare suit in case theirs got stained somehow, a one-piece uniform in the janitor's closet, a stack of papers and sticky notes she could tape into a bikini would do at this point.
