She retreats to fight another day

She hated it, retreating from a challenge. She knew it was the smart and cautious move but her heart felt like a coward. Even if she avoids detection on the way out she still feels like the monsters bested her, that she wasn’t good enough. There also were the captured damsels, the poor girls who will suffer more in till Christina could return and free them. She tried to put the images of their potential **** out of her mind but all she could picture were women chained up, whipped, fucked, gagged…she didn’t know why her mind was being filled with such horrible imagery or why it seemed to excite her a bit. She tried to push it out of her mind as she retreated down the hall.

She had been mostly concerned about the spider monster in the ballroom but fortunately she found the hall empty. She tried to hurry as fast as she could, carefully avoiding any webs that were still around, having already seen their power firsthand. Luckily the exit to the upper hall was unlocked, allowing her to quietly venture back to the main hall.

She was almost home free, just had to go through the main hall and out the door. Then she could make her way back to town, restock, and maybe even get some backup when she assaults the castle again.
