Rogue decided to keep recent events to herself

The less complicated this got, the better.

Flex knowing that Hack was giving her problems would probably lead to even bigger problems for her.

With that in mind, she realized that it was better to let this go...for now.

In time, however, Rogue knew that she would eventually reveal everything.

Doing would send Flex into a rage and she could definitely use that against the rest of the Muties.

That human wrecking ball could cause some serious damage and be very useful in the future.

Meeting Hack had really changed things for her.

Getting high and fucking Flex had been a lot of fun, but she remembered that she was here for something more.

Mainly because those messages reminded her of just how evil The Muties really were.

She had to re-focus on the mission and those messages from Hack was the perfect way to do that.

So, while she kept things a secret from Flex, she put a little note in the back of her mind to explore the potential of just how explosive things could get if she let Flex know what was really going on.

"Good things?" He asked, with a flirty look.

"Maybe." She said, with an equally flirty look, as she leaned over to give him a great view of her cleavage.

Flex loved what he was seeing.

She clearly wasn't shy about showing off her massive tits and he appreciated that.

The meal they had was a rather simple one, giving them plenty of time to flirt with one another.

While they did, however, Rogue's mind would occasionally wonder to the two problems that were hanging over her head at the moment: Edge and Hack.

Hack was, by far, the bigger problem at the moment, as it was clear that the little shit was up to something and she would have to keep close watch on that situation.

That said, she knew that her use of Edge could be a much bigger problem down the line.

She had managed to keep herself together, but continued exposure to the **** was real bad.

She knew it wouldn't be long before she started to feel like couldn't live without it and that was a situation she didn't want to be in.

She was gonna have to stay away from that stuff for the next few days, just to make it clear to herself that she could.

Rogue felt like she knew what her limits were and she had to trust herself.

"Mmm, you know what I was thinking?" Flex said, as he stared deep into her green eyes, it snapped her back to reality (she felt very lucky that Flex didn't seem to notice that she had been lost in thought).

"Ah can guess." She said, with a flirty wink.

"How about we finish up quickly and get out of here, so I can show you!" He said, getting a little impatient.

Rogue chuckled, deep down, she was just as eager to get back to fucking as he was.

Before she could, however, her phone buzzed.

She was caught off guard by that and she quickly realized that she could have been in a lot of trouble if Flex hadn't been too busy staring at her tits to notice anything else.

"Will you excuse me for a few minutes, Sugah, Ah gotta make a quick trip to the restroom." Rogue said, already knowing how he'd respond.

"I gotcha." He said as she stood up.

When she walked passed him, however, he reached out and grabbed her hand.

Luckily for her, she had gained enough control over her power that a little surprise grab like that wasn't enough to activate them without her realization.

Just as she had suspected, he placed a small packet of Edge in her hand, clearly thinking that she was gonna go and get high.

She quickly made her way into the bathroom, determined to figure out who the hell was calling.
