Rogue thinks about Hack

Mentally, Rogue wasn't feeling all that great.

Mainly because she'd just met some prick named Hack and she quickly figured out that he was probably an incredibly dangerous person.

Granted he was in the Muties, so him being dangerous was a given, but still, he seemed smarter than the others which meant she already wasn't sure what damage he was really capable of.

Rogue couldn't help but spend most of the day dwelling on Hack.

She felt incredibly lucky that he had a crush on her, because that meant he'd be easier to deal with.

But she also knew there was nothing worse than nerd with a crush and a malevolent streak.

Because of that, she was thankful that he didn't seem to have any ill will over her dalliances with Flex.

Speaking of which, she have to talk to him very soon about Hack.

That guy was gonna prove to be a big problem for her, but she was sure he could also be a huge (if unwitting) help when the time was right.

So she was gonna have to figure out some way to keep on his good side without actually crossing any lines with him.

For now, however, she knew that she to focus on her date with Flex.

He had repeatedly proven to be a great way to clear her mind of all her troubles.

Both in the **** he provided her with and what a great fuck he was.

She definitely had a soft spot for him, despite all the trouble that was going to cause her in the future.

There were gonna be plenty of problems for Rogue to deal with when everything was said and done, but that was simply how Rogue's life was: Problem after problem.

In the short term, the whole Hack thing seemed like it could be a much worse than anything else.

So she had to figure something out.

She met up with Flex and it was clear that he realized something was very wrong with her.

Flex could be more than a little self absorbed, so it really said something that he noticed that she was worried about something.

He decided that he was gonna be more than happy to distract her from her problems with some edge and some dick, but he still felt like it was important to at least give the image that he cared, so he asked her what was going on.

Rogue realized that she could either tell him the truth or keep it a secret.

She ran over the pros and cons of both, before she gave her answer.
