From the moment you met her, Aphrodite seemed oddly fixated on you. She's constantly asking you question after question, trying to extract every tiny detail about your love life—or, more accurately, your lack of one. She asks things like what you prefer in a romantic partner, what your ideal date looks like, if you have any current crushes, that sort of thing. She even dives into your past, digging for stories about childhood crushes, awkward first dates, and any grade-school romances you might’ve had. But since you've always been more focused on your studies than anything else, there’s not much for her to work with. This clearly frustrates her—like you're ruining the plot of a romance novel she’s trying to write.

When she’s not interrogating you, she’s still somehow everywhere. She has this habit of showing up out of nowhere and just... watching. Like, with an almost scholarly level of fascination. Sometimes you catch her staring, only for her to quickly look away and whistle like she hadn’t just been analyzing your existence. Other times, she's scribbling things in a notebook, nodding to herself, or holding up her hands as if framing you for some invisible portrait.

Possibly the most annoying part of it all is when she decides to play matchmaker. She’ll bring up people she thinks would be a “good match” for you, analyzing your every interaction like she’s got a flowchart in her head. “Undeniable chemistry,” she’ll say, like she’s narrating a drama. She’s even tried to set you up on a blind date with someone from another school. You never asked for her help—but that’s never stopped her.

She treats your love life like it’s a puzzle, a challenge, maybe even her favorite game. And you? You're starting to feel a little concerned. It’s one thing for a goddess of love to take an interest in romance. It’s another for her to treat your love life like it’s the centerpiece of her latest masterpiece. The various Greek myths of Aphrodite interfering with mortals’ love lives definitely don’t help ease your mind.

She says it’s all part of the job. That it’s fun. That it’s just what she does. But sometime you can’t help but wonder if there’s more to it than she’s letting on.
