She goes in disguise

I decided to go in disguise. If she didn't see Amethyst coming, then maybe there was a chance I could get the drop one her. I quickly prepared my disguise which consisted of a hoodie, cargo pants, sneakers and a heavy backpack which I stuffed my costume into. I looked at myself in the mirror. I looked like a guy which was the idea. I then made my way across campus. I knew the disguise was working because no one paid me any mind. Usually jaws dropped as I walked by.

Once I was out of sight, I took to the roof tops. In order to make my way across the city to the hotel. It was a bit harder than normal considering what I was wearing but I managed. Eventually I came to the hotel. There were people walking by so I figured I should wait until it got dark. A few hours later, the streets where clear and to my knowledge, there was no one in the construction area. I dropped down and into the fence surrounding the building and made my way inside.

Inside it was empty. Part of me was wondering if the Queen was really here? I honestly wouldn't know until I looked around. I went to front desk and looked for a directory. The place had a variety rooms ranging from regular ones, suites, and a few penthouses. THe one that stuck out to me was the roof penthouse suite. Sounded like a good place to start. So I needed to go all the way to the top. How should I get up there? It looked like the power was still on so I could take the elevator but that might attract some attention if anyone was watching. The I figured the most discreet way was to take the stairs but who knows how long that would take. I was also debating whether or not I should change into Amethyst now or wait till I got further up.
