She gets ambushed by a wizard

As she walks with a big smirk she hears a spell whistling behind her, last second she rolls out of the way of the bright pink bolt.

She draws her sword looks for her attacker, before a goblin with bright pink eyes jumps out behind a rock and stabs her back, barely scratching her skin. Emily immediately turns and cuts the goblin's stomach open. The odd part was it didn't really react, emotionally void as it dies.

A loud laugh is heard before Emily feels hotter suddenly. Her pocket where the gem was starts glowing too. Emily got poisoned, or cursed one of the two.

Turning to face the laughter she sees a tall figure in long dark pink and purple robes, spell ready to fire in their hand. The ball of energy glows like the stone does. "Well done my minion! You're death grants me a new one!" The mage has a very feminine voice.
