She follows Stan

As the two walked over to the life drawing class, some of the students started cheering Mei;
"Free sprit!"
"Streaker, whoo!"
"You go, girl!"

"Thanks everyone! You go, too!"

Entering the classroom, the teacher walked up to Mei. "I'm sorry, did I book you for my class? Because the nude model for today already arrived."

"Nope, I'm just visiting with my friend Stan."

"Okayyy..." the teacher raised an eyebrow at Mei. "Say, odd question, but would you like to pose with or other model. Looking at you, the two of you would compliment each other."
