She complies

Anna had never spoken up against an authority figure in her life. It just wasn't in her nature; it was like asking a dog to meow. Unable to stop herself, Anna turned her back to the classroom and numbly began to unbutton her blouse. She was always such a good girl, always attentive and hard working. Surely Mr Smith would stop her?

She reached the last button. She hesitated, waiting for salvation. None came.

The class gave a gasp as Anna let her blouse slide off her arms and onto the floor. They could only see her back, but they could see that she wasn't wearing a bra. Red faced, Anna leant over the teacher's desk and prepared for her punishment.

"This is a flagrant disregard of the school dress code." Mr Smith said coldly. "Anna, I didn't know you had this in you."

"I'm sorry sir." she mumbled. "This is all just one huge mistake."

"It is. And I must make sure you never make it again."

There was no warning. Just a loud smack that seemed to echo off the classroom walls. The first strike didn't hurt so bad; the flesh of her buttocks seemed to absorb most of the impact, leaving behind a faint tingling sensation. It intensified as the next blow struck. By the third strike there was pain, feeling to Anna as if it were on the outer layer of her butt. As each strike struck, however, the pain deepened, seemingly bore into her skin. By the time the final strike landed, her cheeks were red raw and a stinging, aching pain throbbed through every inch of her bare behind.

"I feel there should be an additional punishment for your lack of a bra, Anna." Mr Smith said once it was over. Anna closed her eyes, expecting another swatting. "You can stand up now."

Anna did as she was told, covering her private parts with her hands. She could hear snickering and a few comments about her red behind from the rest of the class, but she didn't dare turn around to face them.

"As I promised, you can head down to the office to get a replacement skirt." Mr Smith said, indicating the broken garment lying on the floor. "Since you discarded your panties so blatantly in this classroom, this is where they will stay."

"Yes sir. Of course sir." Anna sniffled. She crouched down to retrieve her blouse.

"Ah! No, Anna. As I said, there should be an additional punishment for the missing bra. Since you don't care enough about your breasts to cloth them in the appropriate garments, you will not be allowed to wear your blouse until you return from the office."

"Then... then what will I wear, sir?"

"What you're wearing now. Shoes. Socks. By my reckoning, you have..." he looked at the clock. "...five minutes until classes let out. That's five minutes for you to get to the office, collect a replacement skirt, and return for your blouse and panties without being seen. Combined with your sore posterior I think that's ample punishment for the crimes you have committed."

"Oh god." Anna breathed.

"I would suggest you get moving, Anna. The clock is ticking. Unless you want to stay in the classroom, continue the lesson and trust another student to make the trip for you...?"
