Shinigami, the ninja witch, had decided to go out and test her Hypno Yo-Yo, to test both it and her own power. If she found an ally or someone who wasn't a threat, she could have fun with them. If she found an enemy, she could use the Hypno Yo-yo to end them or anything else to her benefit. It was amusing when she discovered the kappa and their little bird again patrolling the city like the first time they had met.

'I wonder how much fun I can have by copying our first encounter. See if they have gotten better at noticing someone following them.' She thought as she took cat form and began to stalk after them. It didn't take long for them to notice something, and for them to prepare for an attack, moving to ground which would benefit them in a fight.

'Which if it was a normal fight, would work. I, however, have a different weapon.' she is how she moved in front of them and behind cover shifted again into her human form.

"Shini-baby!" shouted the orange clad kappa, Mikey. The crush in his eyes obvious, which did please the vain part of her who loved the looks of desire men gave her. His less then intelligent actions, were less welcomed.

The blue clad kappa senpai like spoke next, "Shinigami, what are you doing here?"

She noticed the red clad kappa, Raph, was ready to fight. The purple clad kappa, Donnie, with the crush on the little bird was more neutral. As was the little bird, April, who she had fought and defeated a few times before they had made up. The training the other girl did to become stronger was to be respected, as both Shini and senpai agreed.

She pulled out the yo-yo with slight of hand, using it as she spoke to distract from it's power even as she used her own mesmurism. She told them the truth, "I was going out to see if I couldn't have some fun. Going up and down the rooftops, up and down the streets of the city, listening to the sounds rise and fall, as I rose and fell on the city."

As she spoke, she moved her yo-yo up and down which the turtles and their human friend followed as they soon were in the same trance Karai. A simple post hypnotic command to go entranced with Down Yo and awaken with Up Yo, and she now had five toys to play with.
