After you leave the examination room, you head out of the luxurious private hospital and back into the car that brought you here. The driver brings you back to the estate where you run into a couple of the girls heading out for various things and you decide to make yourself a sandwich. You're just finishing the last bite of your sandwich when your phone buzzes and you look at it. You assume it's Abby checking in on you to make sure you got the check up done. To your surprise, it's not Abby.

"Doctor, I'm feeling discomfort again. Can you please come by my house?"

You don't recognize the number but it's easy to conclude that it's Alexa. Who else would call you doctor? You chuckle as you realize she's already horny again. Well, your belly is now full and you've got nothing to do, so you decide to pay Alexa a visit for round 2. You text her back that you'll be there soon. She doesn't live far away so you go up to your room and chill for a little bit before you look up her address online for a street view of the house and then you activate your teleportation ring to take you there.

The house where Alexa lives is quite nice, as expected of someone who visited the same luxury hospital as you did. It's not quite a mansion or estate, but it's a nice house that has a mix of modern and old looks. There's a gate but it's open and you walk up the driveway to the door and knock. After a while of no response, you knock again. This time you hear footsteps inside and they gradually get closer and closer. The door opens and you see a young woman with reddish blonde hair. Her hair is wet and she's holding onto a blue towel wrapped around her body. She's cute, though not as beautiful as Alexa, but her breasts are huge and way bigger than Alexa. The towel is a little small and barely covers her body, giving you a great view of her cleavage.

"Who the hell are you?" the woman asks.

"Um... I'm- I'm a doctor... Doctor Colins," you stutter, not expecting to see someone else other than Alexa.

The woman doesn't look impressed. "Okay? Why are you here?"

"Oh, yes, I'm uh, here to see Alexa. She came to see me earlier at the hospital and she texted me and said she was feeling some discomfort again," you say.

"And you make house calls for your patients?"

"I do. We do. Our hospital caters to the rich and powerful and we offer a special level of service," you say, trying to sound confident.

The woman eyes you suspiciously for a while before she steps aside to let you enter the house. "I know she did go to the hospital earlier... Come in. Wait here," she says.

"Okay. Um, I'm sorry, who are you, if I may ask?" you say.

"I'm Kendra. Alexa's older sister. Wait here," she says and she goes up the stairs by the door. You can't help yourself and look up to catch a glimpse of her ass under the towel as she ascends and you smile to yourself.
