She'll get punished

Much like her first time at the facility, Kate found herself waking up alone in white room and bound in a harness. It was effectively a metal-frame stockade, bending her torso at the waist with her arms outstretched. She was stuck standing and hunched over, with most of her weight being supported by the restraints and framework. Exhaling through her nose, she realized that her two-week stretch of being gag-less had come to an end.

Before her stood a single folding chair, and to her left appeared to be a two-way mirror. She could only assume that someone was watching her from the other side.

"Mph!" she whimpered. Her head hanged low. She knew better than to test her bonds or struggle this time. She'd been caught, there was no way around it.

The sound of shifting locks resonated from a door past the lonely chair. Slowly, it shrieked open on its fortified, metal hinges. Beyond the opening, Kate could only see darkness. And from that darkness emerged a familiar individual. She made out the shape of a black business suit and the reflective shimmer of a chrome mask.

The man, who Kate had now come to realize as one of the higher ups, approached her, taking a seat in the chair before her. Behind him, a security detail sealed off the point of egress.

"Tsk, tsk, tsk, Miss Upton. I have to say, I'm very disappointed in you." he spoke in his distorted timbre.

Kate stared daggers at him, only for them to be reflected back in his mask.

"I really thought we reached an understanding, you and I." he went on. "You stay here, and you give me milk. In return, I've kept you fed, given you shelter and water. I allowed you to read books, watch TV, and I even signed off on your personal bathroom. And now, you've broken our equipment, did a number on poor Tony, who's fine by the way, and deprived us of two-whole days worth of product. What do you have to say for yourself?"

It was then that he ungagged Kate, waiting for an answer.

"Fuck you!" she snarled. "You kidnapped me, I didn't ask to be here! You **** me, gave me this lewd, obscene body, took the milk that I make, and then told me I still wasn't good enough! I haven't seen my husband or daughter in half a month, you bastard! I hope the FBI or the CIA kicks down your door and throws your ass in jail for the rest of your miserable life!"

Kate knew mouthing off probably wasn't going to help her situation, but it didn't really seem like things could get worse. Or at least, that's what she thought.

"Finished?" asked the overseer.

"Yeah. I guess I am." Kate said, defeated.

"Good. Bring her in, boys." he said to the reflective glass.

Once more, the steel door opened. This time, two security guards entered with a naked, blonde girl.

"Kate, this here is Billie Eilish. I assume you've heard of her, yes?"

"Oh my God." Kate shuddered.

Like Kate, Billie's body had been modified to an absurd level. Her breasts, which Kate had heard to be sizeable, were enlarged to some kind of S-cup, if not larger. What may have once been average thighs were now thick like tree trunks and rippling with body fat. The singer's eyes seemed almost blank, like she was perpetually dumbfounded.

"What did you do to her?" Kate begged.

"Miss Eilish here was quite like yourself. Bold, rebellious.... and ungrateful. She tried to run almost immediately after we acquired her. Obviously, things didn't go her way." the boss said, gesturing to Billie. "Billie? Tell Kate here what you did."

"Moooooooo!" the pop star said.

"I'm sorry, I don't think she heard you. Again, please?"

"MOOOOOOOOOO!!!" Billie repeated, louder.

The chrome-masked man turned back to his captured model.

"You see, Kate, we prefer that our cows here remain in an agreeable mood. High stress, aggression, it's no good for the business. So, if the cows cannot put things aside and learn to be a bit more..... submissive..... then we can MAKE them more submissive. Comprende?"

Kate was shaking in her bindings. She began to wonder if this was really her future. Not just being milked like a cow, but made to be as dumb and obedient as one.

"I can see you're upset by that." the boss said. With a snap of his fingers, the guards grabbed Billie's arms and led her back outside. "Don't worry. Until now, you've played nice, so, I'll throw you a bone. We're not gonna fry you like that."

Kate relaxed somewhat, then the man continued.

"But, we can't let something like this go unpunished. What does the cow say?"

"Moo. Moo? Moo!" Kate screamed.

"With good behavior, this will only be temporary. Until we can be sure you'll play nice, your mouth will be too useless to need a gag."

As he finished speaking, the door opened for a third time. In rushed two hazmat workers pulling a cart full of vials, syringes, and other containers. Kate recognized a few samples of green liquid, while also taking in a number of other colored solutions. She mooed helplessly, trying to ask what was going on.

"Oh, silly me." the overseer scolded himself. "I forgot to mention, the biochem team is moving forward with your treatments. They said they finally worked out a hormone cocktail that was right for your unique specifications. Personally, I can't wait to see what they've cooked up. So, I guess I'll go grab my seat in the observation booth! Make me proud!"

And on that note, the mirror-faced man exited, leaving Kate with the two workers and a lot of weird chemicals.
