Settling Business

After having sex with Miriam im feeling more invigorated then ever, and as long as I keep this sling on, I feel no pain. I noticed somebody at the door watching us, but they ran away before I could see exactly who it was, but it was most likely Penny. I hope she liked the view.
I have Honey help me put my clothes on and head out from the nurses office after tucking Miriam into the bed so she can rest, pulling the curtains around the bed so people don't see she is naked if they come in. I decide to walk around a bit before giving Penny a call to set up the date, having been laying down for the better part of a week. It then hits me that I basically didn't attend school for that entire time so ill need to do something about it. I make my way up to the principle's office.

"Its good to see your healing up well Ms.Gloria, you did quite the brave thing. Seeing as the incident happened on school grounds and the fact that Team Star was even here was a failure on the school's part, we would like to give you some kind of reward, but we don't know what you might want." Director Clavell said, leaning against his desk.
"Well to be honest sir I didn't do it for any kind of reward. But if I had to ask for something, I would like to take the tests early. I know we are supposed to take all these classes and all, but im quite confident in my knowledge and would rather not waste time being taught that knowledge over again, when I could spend that time on other things. I have already missed almost a whole week of classes laying in a bed, I would rather do personal studies and train my pokemon before we do that whole Treasure Hunt thing." The Director is taken aback by what I say.
"Th..That can be arranged... but are you sure? If you fail these tests you will still have to attend classes. There is surely something else that would be a better reward?" He says, probably not wanting to do the paperwork that would be required for allowing me to skip several months worth of classes.
"No sir, I have full confidence that I will succeed in the tests, and I would rather do personal studies till my time here ends."
"Fine... come back here tomorrow and ill have a test area set up for you, I hope you are right about your skills."

I leave the office and head down to the library section of the school's first floor. Since Arven isn't here from what I have seen, ill need to do the research on things myself, and I know there is a copy of that book here. Sure enough on the shelves there is a copy of the Scarlet Journal. I take the book and go over to a table to see if there are any differences.
It seems mostly the same, except that there were notes about Testing done with the Herba Mystica already, done by Arven, who had apparently helped out his parents. It seems that the plant can grant pokemon strength or even new forms when consuming it, which is different from the games, where it could just do things when added to sandwiches or bring a pokemon up to full strength. Ill have to go after them even without Arven's help.
