Seth Kruger

Seth Kruger was always a complicated lad. He grew up an idealistic boy, but as he learned about the world, he swiftly began to retreat away from the cold, harsh realities of what he was as an ultimately futile existence, and into worlds of the imagination, of heroes and villains, courage and honor. It started with Video games and moved into Role playing games, both of which he saw as being far preferable to the hypocrisy and futility of the real world.

In High School he was in the Drama club, equally to pick up girls and to act. He was part of the tech club, messing around with machines and electronics, but his true love was always gaming. An ardent role-player, his life tended to revolve around his hobby. He joined the Drama club because he wanted to role-play better. He joined the Tech Club because he wanted to hang around with the other members of his group. He started wearing black and writing bad poetry to fit in with his other group.

Even when he graduated and entered college his pattern remained. He took classes both scientific and artistic, honing his acting and writing abilities, even while learning about engineering and mechanics. He of course spent time gaming with his friends.

This is of course where things went terribly wrong, or terribly right, for him, depending on your point of view, for it was the blind experimentation of thoughtless youth that lead him to be thrown into another world...
