Searching the Office

Deciding to start with the desk, Jessica sits down on the comfy office chair. She opens the drawers and starts rifling through the contents.

"What exactly are we looking for?" Jessica hears GG ask.

Not stopping her search, Jessica responds "I don't know. I'm hoping I'll know it when I find it. I want to know what my husband has been acting, so distant."

Jessica can practically hear GG smirking in the back of her mind "So, in other words, we're trying to catch him cheating on us."

"I didn't say that." Even if Jessica believed that was a possibility. There were plenty of other reasons, non of which were good.

"You didn't have to. We are practically the same person after all."

Jessica ignores her other half's comment as she continues to search through her husband's desk, not finding anything of interest on the desktop she starts opening drawers. She finds nothing in the first two drawers and is about to move on to the bookshelves, but something catches her eye.

A false bottom? "Oooh, now we're talking."

Trying to ignore the nervous butterflies in her stomach and GG's comment, Jessica opens the hidden compartment. Inside she finds a notebook. As she starts looking through it, Jessica realizes that it isn't just a notebook though, it is a calendar book full of dates and names. Flipping through the notebook to today's date, Jessica looks for any note that might tell her where her husband is now.

As Jessica reads the short entry her blood runs cold. It simply says, Randall Brown @ Pink Paradise. She didn't know what Pink Paradise meant, although she could guess. But she knew exactly who Randall Brown was, aka the super villain and local crime boss Power Fist.

"I can't believe it." She says out loud, still unable to believe the evidence that is right in front of her. "Henry is working for a super villain."
