Search the house

You were Sierra for less than a minute, but somehow that has already reshaped your mind. Everything felt off in your body, but it wasn't like you felt that Sierra's body was "correct". It was like even just having such a different physical experience opened your mind up. It kinda reminded you of how people talk about using psychedelic ****, and that thought was both worrying an exhilarating, but one of these emotions was very clearly stronger than the other.

You put your worries aside as you excitedly grab another ring. Now that you finally knew how this set up really worked you were much less worried, and that made you think about the idea of using the rings much more freely. That was, while still doing so responsibily, not wanting to experience what you just felt in Sierra's body again.

You palm the white gem ring after setting the medallion on your neck, hidden under your shirt. As you put it on, you noticed that the blue gem on the pendant had the slightest glow to it.

You exit the room and start searching the house. You heard some fluttering from your sister's room, probably Hayley and Dana comforting Sierra. You found yourself stopping outside of your sister's door, standing alone in the upstairs hallway. You wondered what Sierra felt right now. Was she as anxious as you had been with no idea why? Did she remember everything, but was helpless to stop it? So many questions were left unanswered, but you felt a tug in your chest where the medallion hung. You wanted to be Sierra again. Those strange sensations had been so mystifying. Your hand found the necklace as you thought of just hopping back in.

You scoffed as I turned away and kept walking. You knew nothing about Sierra aside from our quick chats, so if Haley and Dana were comforting her, you'd give yourself away immediately. With a heavy heart you made your way downstairs.

Instead, you find your way downstairs. It was still quite early so your dad wasn't back from work yet, but your mom finished earlier and was in the living room talking on the phone right now. And you remember, that was the reason you bought the rings in the first place: as a mother's day gift. It'll be the perfect excuse to get the ring on her. But should you take possession of your own mother? Wouldn't that be weird?
