Background:

Scooter was born to the influential family of the Webster’s and as the oldest son, he was treated as the heir, even though his older sister seemed more worthy. He was sent to the best elite schools, but often found trouble, especially if he met woman of non elite society.

When he was brought into the pact he offered up his own sacrifice, a girl he was seeing that had just told him she was pregnant. Even though it was unusual to offer a female sacrifice for a male pact member.

Scooter spends most of his free time in clubs, especially strip clubs where he attempts to seduce any young woman he can. Often abusing them when they get in private.

Scooter was excited when he was asked to take part in Jacob’s pact initiation. Eagerly helping beat Robbie down and holding him as Amber attacked, joking about her emasculating him with her knee.

Scooter was also the one that offered to treat Hekate like a slut and abuse her sexually. To make up for the rebuke of the demoness, that night he found a young woman who was out of her element at the elite club punishing her for his insecurities. The girl was left almost dead, and Daniella had to step in to clean up his mess.

Personality:

Scooter is the vain, self absorbed rich boy, who never grew up and never had to take responsibility. He attended the best private schools but always found time to get into trouble especially with some of the local girls, at least having enough sense not to mess with the other elite women.

He is relieved that the Webster family has accepted Daniella as the official heir, so he can just live a playboy lifestyle of drinking, sports cars and abusing women. He also has a few bodies left, that fortunately for him Daniella was able to use their connections to cover up for him.
