School Spirit, Part 2

Jace was on his feet whooping as his team pressed the Beavers backwards down the field. Play by play, the Sharks fought their way down the line. The offensive line was doing a stellar job, and loathe as he was to admit it, Charlie wasn’t doing too badly either. Somebody with an intimate knowledge of the team dynamics could spot Charlie barking orders at his teammates around him, and also spot their visible unhappiness with that, but things didn’t look too bad yet.

The Sharks were leading 14-0 halfway through the second quarter, and they seemed to be the dominating team, which was great. Across the field, Jace could see the Beavers’ quarterback Gabriel Taylor looking pissed. The Beaver Babes were trying to keep morale up in the away team stands, but the Violet River Sirens were having a much better showing.

Jace heard a familiar voice cheering, and he glanced over his shoulder to see Olivia standing in the front row, cheering and clapping her hands. Then she saw Jace and gave him a huge smile and a big wave. Jace couldn’t resist a grin and he waved back. Olivia beamed and blew him a kiss, which really made Jace smile. He looked back to the game and saw Charlie complete a pass, and he clapped for his teammate while bouncing from foot to foot, itching to be able to play.

Jace glanced down at the cheerleader team, enjoying the view as the girls went to work. Skylar and Anastasia were up front, the two of then standing their with their feet firmly planted and their hips swinging. Behind them the other girls were much more mobile, in two lines, moving up and down them while taking care to show off their assets. That was sort of a Sirens specialty. They’d been utilizing an incredible amount of sex appeal in their performances since his mother’s time or even before.

Jace spotted Brooklyn in the line, and he was amazed by the sex appeal of her performance. Gone was the shy, sweet girl that he knew. She’d been replaced by a sexy cheerleader that knew exactly how to use her incredible fat, round, curvy, mouthwatering ass and her plump very large tits. That incredible ass of hers was shaking back and forth, which had the benefit of making her tits jiggle, but the real star was her ass. The incredibly curvy brunette was incredible to watch. He was far from the only person ogling Brooklyn in the stands, and he saw several people drooling over his sister Dana, too.

Jace had to admit, Dana was a sexy young woman. Her tight little body was perfect for cheerleading, and her large breasts were pretty damn great, too. Her and her redheaded cheerleading friend Ruby seemed to be working in tandem for this routine, and they were nailing it.

A groan went up from the home crowd and Jace looked back quickly at the field, ripping his eyes off his sexy twin. He groaned, too, as he saw Charlie sprawled on the ground. The Sharks’ quarterback jumped back up, looking mutinous, while one of the Beavers held the football in his hands with a shit-eating grin on his face.

The offensive line came off the field, and Jace saw with a sinking heart that Charlie was fuming. He was yelling at Matt a little ways down the field as the defensive line jogged out to meet the Beavers’ offense which was coming out, too.

“Hey, hey, cut it out.” Jace said, walking up to Charlie and Matt.

“He let me get sacked, and then they got possession because of it!” Charlie raged.

“I didn’t ‘let you’ get sacked, prick, I was trying to hold back someone else.” Matt shot back, “Everyone’s doing the best they can.”

“Right. Like how I had no one to throw to.” Charlie snapped, waving an angry hand at the rest of the offensive line. Grumbling went up from them, but Charlie was oblivious. He just stomped off, leaving Matt shaking his head and furious.

“You know what? Fuck him. I am going to let him get sacked.” Matt growled. “I hope he breaks something so that you can get in there. He’s got no business being the center of the team, he’s a shit leader.”

“You’re telling me.” Jace sighed.

———

“Ooh!” the crowd all around David groaned as the Beavers scored their second touchdown, seconds from halftime starting.

“Damn, I thought Evan had him.” Danielle shook her head, clapping for her neighbor’s son all the same. The girls in front of her stood up.

“We might go refill on snacks. You want anything, Mom? Aunt Dani?” Gabrielle asked, standing beside Emily.

“I’m fine.” Danielle shook her head, and Rachel declined too.

“Want anything, David?” Emily asked him kindly after glaring quickly at Gabby, and he snorted.

“I’m good. Thanks for thinking of me.” David said, smiling at his sexy Latina neighbor.

“Are you sure? My treat, for driving me home from Skylar’s party. I never got to repay you.” Emily smiled at him.

“Oh, uh, no problem, don’t worry about it.” David tried to wave Emily off, but Rachel elbowed him in the ribs.

“You don’t refuse a lady who’s trying to repay your chivalrous deeds.” Rachel told David with a smirk.

“Uh, I’ll just do a chocolate bar, then.” David told Emily, and she nodded.

“You got it.” she smiled at him, and then she walked off with Gabby. Val and Mina followed behind them, leaving David alone with Danielle and Rachel.

“Jerry’s sure been gone a while.” Rachel said innocently.

“You know I hate it when you call him Jerry.” Danielle sighed, but she, too, couldn’t help but notice his glaring absence. He and Amy had left right before kickoff and had popped back in halfway through the first quarter, but then Amy had gotten thirsty, so Jeremiah had taken her to get a drink at the start of the second quarter, and they’d hadn’t come back since.

“Can’t believe he’s ditching a woman like you.” David flirted with Danielle, who giggled and kissed his cheek.

“Thank you, sweetie. It’s always nice knowing I’ve got you.” Danielle told him lovingly.

“Especially considering he’s so much better than Jerry in every single way.” Rachel grinned, sliding her arms around David, tightly pressing her bosom up against his side.

“Not every single way-” Dani started to defend her husband, but then she paused. Rachel had a point. In every category, Jeremiah was outclassed by David.

David was better in bed, he was more attentive, he was around so much more, he’d never flaked on her, he was so sweet and loving…

“Actually, you’re right.” Danielle stopped defending Jeremiah. She wasn’t going to bother anymore. “David is so much better in every aspect, and I’m not even just talking about in bed.”

Danielle slipped under David’s arm, and happily cuddled up against his side. If only she had a husband more like David and less like Jeremiah.

“There you go! I love seeing you embrace the truth.” Rachel cheered on her best friend. “Now if only I could get Claire to let loose sometime, I’d be the happiest best friend alive.”

Danielle laughed, and nudged David.

“You wanna see your mom go wild sometimes?” she teased.

“I don’t think she can.” David chuckled.

“I’ll make sure you see her go wild sometime. Consider it a promise.” Rachel winked at David, and had to visibly hold herself back from kissing him in full view of everyone behind them. A frustrated Rachel just laid her head back down on David’s shoulder, and Dani mirrored her movement.

They sat like that for a few minutes before Danielle sighed.

“I’m going to go see if I can find Jeremiah before the second half starts.” Danielle said.

“What? No! You just started your journey on getting over him.” Rachel protested.

“Getting over him?” Danielle asked sadly, “He’s my husband, Rachel. I can’t just leave him.”

“That’s what divorce is for.” Rachel reminded her.

“I know, I know. I just… I don’t want to do all that. I don’t want to break it up and **** the twins to pick who they’re going to live with, cause all that trouble.” Danielle shook her head.

“Dani, you shouldn’t have to keep yourself tied to a man who doesn’t love you anymore. When’s the last time Jerry even kissed you?” Rachel asked. Danielle lifted her hands in a shrug, not having an answer.

“When did David last kiss you?” Rachel raised an eyebrow.

“Right before we came to the game.” Danielle sighed.

“You have so many better options than that bastard Jerry.” Rachel sighed, too.

“I still just want to go find him right now.” Danielle said, and she stood up. Rachel sighed sadly as the blonde MILF walked off.

“I had hoped you’d make her happy without Jeremiah.” Rachel confessed to David.

“I’m sorry.” David apologized, but Rachel shushed him.

“Not your fault, hon. She’s just stubborn.” Rachel laughed, and bumped his head with hers.

Danielle walked across the bleachers, heading down towards the concession stand to see if maybe he ended up there. As she walked though, a hand grabbed her by the wrist.

She jerked around in surprise, upset until she saw who it was.

“Mr. Calhoun!” Danielle gasped in surprise. She threw her arms around the elderly, overweight black man, and her former teacher embraced her tightly.

“Dani Franklin. You’re so grown up, though it doesn’t look like your cheer uniform has gotten bigger to accommodate your… more womanly body.” Marcus Calhoun grinned at her. “You were just barely an adult when last I saw you. You were pregnant, too, I’m pretty sure.”

“I might have been. It’s Danielle Holland now, as well.” Danielle laughed, “God, I haven’t seen you in years. I heard you taught all three of my kids though.”

“Oh, yes. I was stunned to see your elder daughter in my class a few years back. And now she’s trying to become a teacher, so I see her around plenty. And of course, your lovely daughter Dana. I think Daisy looks and acts more like you, in my opinion.” Calhoun chuckled.

“Oh, she definitely does. If I was a decade younger, Daisy and I could be twins.” Danielle laughed.

“You could be twins now. You certainly don’t look a day over 25.” Calhoun complimented Danielle.

“Aw, you don’t have to lie.” Danielle smiled.

“Trust me, I am not.” Calhoun smirked. His hand rubbed her back idly, but with plenty of firmness. “I would never lie to you, Danielle.”

Danielle felt a shiver go down her spine at the **** of his words.

“So, how have you been?” Calhoun questioned her curiously.

“Good. Jeremiah makes enough that I don’t have to work, so I spend my time as a full-time mother.” Danielle laughed, “But I love my kids so much, and always being there for them is great, because, well, Jeremiah is very often not. He works in Coral Sands, you see, so he’s gone for a day or two at a time sometimes. He’s very rarely at home, and when he is, he’s usually just sleeping.”

Or flirting with Amy, Danielle thought, but she didn’t say that part aloud.

“Oh, that’s awful. A woman like you shouldn’t have to bear that much by yourself.” Calhoun shook his head. “If you ever need any aid and your husband isn’t there for you, please, just call me. I’m always available to help my former students, especially one of my favorites.”

“Thank you, Mr. Calhoun. I manage just fine for the most part, but your offer is so incredibly sweet.” Danielle smiled, and she kissed his cheek.

“Careful, Mrs. Holland, people might get the wrong idea.” Calhoun smirked, and his hand slipped down to rest on her curvy ass. Danielle’s smile turned to a smirk as he gave her ass a gentle rub, a firm pat, and then a friendly squeeze.

“Wouldn’t that be a tragedy.” Danielle said wryly. Calhoun chuckled.

“Not much care for your public image?” he raised an eyebrow. “Well, if that’s the case…”

Calhoun pecked her on the lips before she could even blink, but she kissed back instantly. Calhoun’s lips drew back too quickly though, and it was just her head moving forwards, seeming to chase his retreating lips. Calhoun laughed.

“Don’t forget what I said. If you need anything, no matter how big, you call me.” Calhoun told her firmly.

“Yes, sir.” Danielle told him with a smile, “I’ll call you if I need anything, I promise.”

“Good girl.” Calhoun smiled.
