School Day and Something More

Once you're done rubbing Millie's feet, you head towards the bedroom. You dress quickly, running behind your usual schedule. You walk to the front door with all of your school gear.

"Hey honey. Do you work today?"

"No, my bull."

"Want to go to school with me?"

"Trying to show me off or entice some human girls to join us?"

"Maybe a bit of both. I'll take that as a yes to my question then" You and Millie exit the apartment and off to your school.

Arriving at school, you're a little late due to traffic. Hopefully your teacher won't care too much that you're late AND are bringing a monster girl into class. Your teacher, although a bit old school, is usually cool. He's an old military veteran that teaches shop, so he really hates tardiness, so you get a bit worried. Putting an arm around Millie to minimize your worries, you cautiously open the class door.

As soon as you enter the room, everything goes silent, and you become the center of attention. Your teacher, Mr. Collins, starts laughing when he sees you. After chuckling a bit, he adresses the class.

"See everyone? That's how you show up to class if you're fashionably late; with a babe on your arm. Take a seat Jace."

You walk to the back of the room where your seat is, realizing that there isn't any extra chairs nearby for Millie.

"I guess you get to be my seat again, darling." With no other options you agree with Millie, taking a seat and Millie following suit. She sits sideways and snuggles into your chest so you can still see the teacher, who has a cheeky grin when he sees what's going on.

This seating arrangement is a common trend for the day in all of your classes. You get mixed responses from your fellow class mates and the teachers, which was to be expected. You see a lot of jealousy and envy in the eyes of most of them, even if it's mixed with other emotions. Some of the girls might even be envious of her. Weird.

Huh, your self-declared rival wasn't here today to say anything. Oh well. Her judgy attitude about you being a sponsor will just be an issue that you deal with another day.

As you walk to the car, you and Millie make plans to go pick up her stuff from the AWIO.

"Let me guess, that girl you mentioned went through the portal and you are trying to find a way to get me there so I can meet her."

"My bull is so smart. I got the text about halfway through the day. Is meeting her a problem?"

"Not in the slightest actually. I'm starting to like the idea of 2 girls at my side."

Millie just giggles. "So do I."

After a short drive, You arrive at the AWIO, parking in the same spot you did before. It's not as chaotic as last time, with less people coming and going. On the way in, you and Millie hold hands and she has a big smile the entire time. She must've been planning this for a while. It took her seventeen tries to find you, so she must be nervous that you won't like her friend.

"So Millie, you said that this girl was like a sister to you. What's her name?" Millie stops walking, looking at the ground.

"She isn't like a sister, she is my sister. My little sister Terra. I'm sorry I deceived you."

"Don't worry about it honey. I'm not upset."

"Thank you, my bull. I guess you won't be just my bull anymore after today."

Walking in, you see a mostly empty lobby, with a certain redhead behind the receptionist desk. She seems slightly stressed, due to the fact that she probably did her job and the receptionist today.

Millie walks forward, leaning against the desk. "Hey Melissa, you look kind of stressed."

"Yeah I am. I'm not sure how you do your job so well."

"Well, I'm not sure about before, but now I have an amazing sponsor that rubs my shoulders or feet when they get sore. Interested?"

"We'll see how he deals with Terra first then I'll consider it. She's in my office already. She wants out of here as quick as possible but will only join you."

"It's an integrated instinct to form herds with a bull. I found one so she wants to join. Makes sense to me," says Millie.

Once you get to the office, Melissa hesitates to open the door. "Ready Jace?"

With a nod, she opens the door. You see something unexpected when the door is fully ajar.
