Scarred but Alive

You return to Crag Glen with Petra, bloody, naked and traumatized but alive. Thankfully with her contacts at the guild Petra is able to secure beds and a healer for the two of you. Your journey has left you hurt and hungry and so the bed rest and care is much appreciated.

It isn’t long before the rumours begin to spread. Two bronze tier adventurers escaping an orc encampment. For two females, it’s quite obvious to others what trauma was inflicted on the two of you. In what little time you spend outside of the infirmary you get nothing but sympathetic looks. Most people avoid looking at you altogether.

A few days into your recovery you begin to feel a lot better. Petra on the other hand is still in rough shape. It seems she is a lot less durable than you, and as such, the travel was not so kind on her body. As you ponder sneaking out of the infirmary for a walk around town, a clattering from the main hall catches your attention. You open the door and see the entire hall of adventurers making haste for the main doors. Curious, you follow them and see the cause for concern.

Familiar green skinned invaders clash with the adventurers in the street. Spells arrows and blood fly across the street. Despair fills your heart as fear sends you running down the nearby alley.
