Scarlet's First Request

Scarlet woke up from sleep entangled between a pair of arms.There was barely any sweat from last night's sex session as adam used magic to clean them before falling asleep.

It also cant be a secret lover/divorce thing because he openly admitted on their first night about multiple lovers/wives.

She herself even secretly checked the juice herself. It was nothing more than a mixture of 5 fruits.Each of them are just normal fruits anyone can buy daily and cheap too.Theres literally no medicinal nor magical benifit of them as her magical scan showed thay its a simple fruit juice.

The drink itself was somewhat sweet,salty and mostly bland.Thats it.

The more she dug,the more questions she was getting thrown at.

But she cant shake the feeling that her guard is slowly lowering against him like some sort of previous life connection of something.But it was ridiculous to believe as their religion dont believe in reincarnation at all.

But she shook herself and got off ad she went inside bath alone.

Adam shone a genuine smile for the first time as he also dressed himself in a robe and went out of their personal bedroom.

It was afternoom as adam was eating lunch with the new girl he picked from slums.

Scarlet never ate any breakfast nor lunch as she locked herself in her personal study room that the matriarchs of the household use.

As for the girl,she ate without any manners and gobbled down every food evem though its her second time eating at the mansion as wilma watched in disgust at her behavior.

Adam called her asking"I hope the accommodations are to your liking Raven.You seem lively".

The girl named raven simply chewed half of the food and told"Yes.It was good.The maid did a good job.The room and clothes are nice as well not to mention the food.Nobles are indeed extravagant".

Even though she was talking with her mouth full of food,adam didn't mind it but it was amusing seeing how livid wilma is and he know for fact that raven is doing his on purpose to piss of the poor maid.

Adam walked up to wilma and said"Wilma from today onwards you have exactly one week to teach every single skill a maid should possess to Raven.From etiquette to food making,but you got to completely avoid sexual lessions.Trust me that i will know the instant you will mess with her studies for your own fucked up mind set and lust.And when i do find you i will flail you like a pig".

Wilam almost pissed herself as she never saw this side of adam oozing with bloodlust almost comparable to even his father.She knew he meant business as she bowed her head saying"I will obey your orders my lord".

She lifted her head and was surprised to see that the girl showed no sign of getting effected by bloodlust ozzed by adam.

Wilma silently went out of the room to make some preparations as raven turned to adam asking"Are you going to ignore your wife sneaking silently without informing you?She may as well be meeting a secret lover".

Adam indeed sensed scarlet leaving the mansion.She applied a powerful spell on herself to make herself unrecognizable to others as she really appeared completely different with brownish black hair and different body shape.

The only way he know it is because she is still inside the mansion grounds.But once she left the gates,her presence vanished completely as even adam was unable to sense her.

Smiling at how scarlet was doing,he used his hand to smack the girl on head as she cried out in pain.Adam said"Stop trying to rile me. It wont work.Also you of all people should know she is not that type".

Raven grinned cheekily and suddenly sported a serious expression saying"Should i monitor her?".

Adam waved his hand saying no and sat down to continue his meal saying"Putting that aside.You only have one week to prepare yourself.Absorb everything like a sponge from wilma. As no matter how horny and a wanton slut she is,you cant find a better maid than her in the entire kingdom.Remember!you only have one week for exam".

Raven nodded her head and continued gobbling the food as scarlet going outside made him gleeful that she is slowly breaking past the mold.

Adam sat in their personal bedroom as scarlet entered it.He saw that the time was approaching midnight.Any sane husband would doubt or demean the wife for staying that late without any guard or escort but adam respected scarlet's wish.

He mused seeing that she prepared perfectly for the night with a fresh bath and rose perfume to appear fresh but he can see from her eyes at how tired she is.

She handed him a piece of paper as adam took it to read its contents.

Scarlet sat beside him saying"Lily boutique.Its a new clothes shop that has gotten famous in recent weeks.They sell cheap and better quality clothes to commoners and noble alike without any discrimination".

Adam indeed know the shop that scarlet is mentioning. It is indeed a shop selling clothes that are way better than what was sold in market.Not to mention cheap and strong.The commoners flooded the store as they stopped going to other stores as it was like a diamond compared to a coal.

Scarlet took adam's hand onto hers and enclosed it saying"Remember that you want to grant me any wish last time?.I was close minded then.But i want to ask it now. Please destroy this particular store at this location.I dont care how or when,i want this store to be gone as soon as possible".

Adam smiled gleefully like a madman as the smile itself genuinely made scarlet sprout a small fear in her heart . It was a completely new side of her husband that she never saw.

Anyone would call her heartless and a villainess by destroying a store that helps many lives around the kingdom and also improves the way of living for many.

But he dont care about that,he put the paper on the bedside table and scooped scarlet into his arms.
