Sarah and John (Again)

"Hey baby. Not too boring a day, right?" John laughed as he walked through the door.

"Not at all." Sarah turned with a smile to look at him. There'd been time since her earlier...explorations...to clean up a bit. When John walked in, all he'd see would be his pretty blond wife working on dinner. If he was observant he might notice that her hair was still slightly damp from her shower.

She walked over and gave him a peck on the cheek and grabbed his coat.

"My first attempt at dinner got burned, so I'm sorry but we're going to have to wait a little bit." She said. "But, this time...this time I think I have the recipe down pat."

"That's alright, honey bee." John said with a soft smile. "I don't mind the wait. I'm sure it will come out well."

Sarah nodded softly and set back to the meal. Jon was always so affirming. He was nice. Infertile, but nice.
