Sara called a Doctor

You waking in a room with no natural light source just a lamp beside the bed your on. You try to get up only for Sara to gently push you back onto the bed before she sits down on the chair beside you,

"Don't try to get up John my family doctor said your not to move until he checks your injuries he'll be here soon, and Lauren went to get some medicine ingredients she said you have left at her house." So Lauren must have told Sara of the elixir you've been using to use your crippled left leg. Why would she trust Sara with that information? your mental question is answered when the door to the room opens.
"Hey John longtime since last we met." Yours shocked to see Victor a Werewolf you helped escape from a cult sacrifice a few years ago.

"So you have met Victor before John I'm surprised since he has been in Moonlight for the last three years!" Victor gives a slight chuckle. "Yes lady Moon John saved my life from a cult who were about to sacrifice me during a full moon attempting to summon a demon before I came to this quiet village." You look at Sara trying to gauge her reaction to see if she knows Victor is a Werewolf. Victor laughs at your confusion.

"Yes, John she knows what I am don't worry my friend let me check your vitals and injury's to see what's wrong, but knowing you probably just have a mild concussion." You nod as he gives you a complete check-up. After 30 minutes he looks at you with a worried look. "It like I said earlier John but your left-leg also has fractures but they appear to be healing at a rapid pace." he looks at you waiting for your explanation. You sigh knowing he won't leave you alone unless you tell him.

"That likely due to an herbal remedy or Elixir whichever you chose to call it." You pause trying to allow your vision to clear. "I made it be able to walk on it, but it will never fully heal unless I could perfect the formula I've been working on since I got hurt hunting a Vampire that was killing too many civilians, and drawing unwanted attention to the less violent Vampires under the protection of their council in Boston."

You hear Sara mumble "So Henry must of supplied some of the ingredients and it sounds like Vladimir is the one John was hunting." How could Sara's brother, and ex-boyfriend be involved but before you connect the dots Victor get your attention.

"John what are the ingredients of your elixir?" You look at him before telling him everything. "Ok, Victor I trust you enough to tell you everything." You try to remember them all. "Ground Tusks of wild boar, Marigold, Turmeric, Cayenne, Hoodia, Field scabious, Kratom, Noni, Blue snakeweed, Charcoal-tree, donated Werewolf Blood, the liver of an eagle, and an egg of a Drider with a mix of my own blood boiled for 15 minutes at 200 degrees Fahrenheit then left to cool for 30 minutes before I place it in a capsule for easy use, and only take one capsule twice a week."

"Very risky for a hunter to take since you could be executed for using the Drider egg and Werewolf blood by your hunters high counsel, but seems to give you partial regenerative ability, and since we're friends John I'll help you with researching alternatives, but for now I want you to stay in bed a few days Lady Sara could yo make sure he rests?" You try to protest but Sara gives you a look not to try it.
"Sure I'll take care of John Doctor Victor just leave him to me" Sara sees Victor out before returning to your side as you get more sleep.
