Reynaldo and Samia spent the rest of the evening exploring the city, visiting the bustling markets and getting lost in the narrow alleys.
The air was filled with the sounds of laughter and chatter, and the aroma of exotic spices and street food. As they wandered, Samia couldn't help but imagine what their life would be like if they could stay in this vibrant city forever, leaving behind the chaos of their past lives. The job in Octoton was too important for that though.
The city guards of Jocia were scary. Several were heavily scarred. They’d seen serious action with the orcs of Orthuc to the east. The laws here were strict, thieves were dealt with harshly, as were prostitutes, even littering was an offence heinous enough that the punishment was flagellation.
As the daylight began to fade, they returned to their small room, checking to make sure the door was securely closed. With the city's noise now fading, they were left with only the sound of their own breathing and the occasional rustling and conversation from outside their window.
Under the dim light of the flickering torch, they undressed each other slowly, their hands roaming over each other's bodies as they released the tension of their days being stuck on the road with the others.
Samia's eyes locked with Reynaldo's, a fire burning within them both, yearning for the same thing. She kissed him deeply, their tongues rubbing together inside each other’s mouths.
As their bodies pressed together, the smell of the city and the scent of the road mingled with the sweat on their skin, creating a unique and intoxicating aroma. The soft whispers of their names in one another's mouths filled the room, echoing with the rhythm of their movements.
In the heat of the night, they explored every inch of one another, discovering new sensations and finding a way to make the other feel whole once more. Their hearts beat in unison, their breaths matching as they reached for a moment of pure bliss.
