A few days have passed since your departure from the east coast of Tivera into the Sapphire Sea. It's quite the vessel you have. Not only can it fly, but it pierces the waves with consistent speed as the sails fill with mighty winds. It isn't nearly as sunny this day, as the sky is filled with clouds. It doesn't seem like it would rain more than a sprinkle, though you keep a close eye on the weather in case a storm ends up brewing. But regardless, nobody is suntanning this afternoon. According to Stax, the coordinates aren't far away from here, so you should be arriving sooner than later.

"You've been doing a great job, Eva," you say.

Eva turns back from the helm with a smile. "Of course~!"

Stax stands nearby with a map unfurled between her hands. "Was it difficult to pilot the thing when you were flying all the way back?"

She nods. "It's definitely different sailing through a sea of clouds. Way more mechanisms to manage. I don't know if I fully understand it all yet. But I think this is good practice, navigating a ship like normal for awhile."

"I'm honestly surprised we haven't had some kind of weird sea monster encounter. You know, like one with a hundred tentacles that grab you, bind you, and violate every orifice you have."

"Can you not go into so much detail?"

"We've done tentacle monsters before," you say. "But if you want to run into one that badly, we can start calling out to see if there are more krakens than Selinda out there."

Eva shakes her head frantically.

"Ooh!" Lynx hurries up the steps upon overhearing the conversation. "Tentacle monster attacks came up a few times in those books from Earth. Are they a problem in your homeland, Kyle?"

"Uh. No. Not exactly," you reply.

Stax ponders. "Is a tentacle monster scene cuckolding?"

She was mostly distant during the trip, though now that her quest is near, she's definitely ready. Eva turns the helm, and the Sky Warren sails forth towards land.
