Rush the goblin

You somehow manage to ignore it's obscene length of cock, and prepare yourself. You lunge from your hiding spot behind the cloth, and it barely opens it's eyes before you are upon him. You stab it in the neck to prevent it from making noise, and this seems to work. The goblin quickly drops to the bed limp, not making much noise.
