Lily had two options, run through the front of the street where she will be safe but exposed or the back alley where many gangs hang out. She chose the safe way.

Ducking from bush to tree to whatever she could find as cover, she stealthily found her way back home without incident, however she was met by a large group of people in front of her house and she discovered that her front door had been locked and the garage door opener was broken.
