They could hear the haphazard stomping for a full minute before a 5ft 11 Wonder Woman stumbled past the opening to their booth.

The two players looked at each other, knowingly, as they heard the distinguished superheroine scream in the distance, "Where the hell are the - ?! Wait!"

The stomps become louder and a brunette head appeared at the entrance of the cubicle. "You!" She points aggressively at the space between the two players.

The players looked at each other with much more concern than before to see if the other recognised her. They shook their heads.

"Blogger girl. G-Julia Owens, I f-think." As if it wasn't obvious to them by this point, her hiccup made her drunkenness abundantly clear.

"Your blog--" Wonder Woman paused to breathe.

Jill blinked, "It's, ahem, a respected news outlet. And my name's Jill."

"Your blog," Wonder Woman continued, "is why I'm wandering around a hall of -of, -of, nerds wearing this ridiculous m-plastic swimwear." She stretched her lycra and plastic half-assed Wonder Woman costume to emphasise her point, letting it snap back against her slender figure. "I'm just glad the security guards were too scared to check for this," she pulled a small hip flask from her plastic corset's bra. She lost her grip and dropped it on the floor.

Barry looked at Jill surreptitiously, studying her face in case he recognised her.

"I don't see how I have anything to do with this," Jill replied, watching 'Wonder Woman' scrabble about on the floor, trying to pick up her flask.

'Wonder Woman' looked up at Jill and explained, "my boy-- friend is obsessed with your blog. He follows you on soshhhhial media."

Jill tried to not look pleased.

The heroine continued, sounding dejected, "I've only been dating him for a few months, I fi-nally thought I'd met a cool guy."

'He sounds cool to me,' Jill thought, another modicum of pride leaking from her face.

'Wonder Woman' noticed, "Ugh. You can have him." She gave up trying to pick up the flask and sunk to the floor next to it, drooping her head.

Barry moved over to her, gesturing Jill to help. "Come on, let's get you up." They guided Wonder Woman to a chair.

He asked her as he sat her down, "What's your name?"

"Womder Woman!" She giggled. "Just kidding. I'm funny. It's Roxanne."

Barry watched her as she scanned around the floor for her flask, and slid it out of view with his foot.

"Where's my -- what's this?" Roxanne leant forwards to the deck of cards, trying to pick it up, but somehow ended up with only seven of the cards. Jill and Barry watched, concerned, as she squinted to read them for a few seconds. Her eyes bulged for a second before she looked up at the pair of them, a smile on her face. "Now THIS is more like it! Kinky! Joools, I wouldn't have expected this from your blog. I'm impressed!"

They looked at the swaying 25 year old, as she stared back at them. Julia contemplated whether to correct her again, to try to find security, or to attempt to explain the game to her.
