Rovni finds what she is looking for two days later

Rovni had made haste and arrived back on the main road and headed deeper into the region, two days had passed since her departure and she had found what she was looking for.

deeper into the region there were numerous independent settlements, hamlets and farms, most remote enough to just see smoke rising from the next, perfect for her early raids.

It had taken some time but she had found a small farm of five houses and picked out sheep, pigs and a few cows and chickens scattered across, and even a handful of horses, the livestock farm would serve as a good target.

Farms like this held lots of food, more wealth than most other farms and always had excess materials and good tools for repairing and maintaining the animal pens and fences.

With so few houses Rovni knew her horde would swarm the farm with no problem but there would no doubt be a few armed individuals but no soldiers or militia.

There would also be several women there as well so her horde would enjoy that and allow Rovni to deliver one more promise. she had made to her horde

The surrounds were suited to Rovni as well, worn flat and thin by grazing animals the farm was open and would be easy to encircle, the wooden fences posing no issue for her or her goblins.

Rovni smiled from her place in the tree line, this would not be her first raid but it would be her first time leading one, a chance to see her horde in action as well before teaching them to fight.

"Rest well while you can, I will return." Rovni muttered to herself before slinking back into the trees and making her way back to camp, curious about how well her goblins had gone, building her hall.
