Master

Alex

• Bio: A neurodivergent adult who is suffering from anxiety, autism, and ADHD. Unable to find work and struggling to make any friends, Alex has always dealt with a feeling of powerlessness throughout his life. All the way from his bullied childhood to his unemployed adulthood. Desperate and insecure about the possibility of being kicked out of the house, Alex took Hera's invitation to be the host of Harem Hotel, unaware of what it meant.
• Civilisation: The real world, you know it. You hate it.

Transformations:

• The insatiable king: There will be a lot of women in Alex's dominion, and he'll need a lot of stamina to keep up; this transformation will give him endless sexual stamina. (Traditional)

Other Relationships:

• Franklin: Alex has a younger brother named Franklin. Despite being two years younger than Alex, he is both employed and stable and has a girlfriend, whilst Alex is living with his parents.
• Alex's parents: They have yet to be seen, nor have their names been mentioned. But despite being an adult, Alex is still completely dependent on them, and he's scared they'll kick him out.

Contestants

Ashara

• Bio: Daughter of the Blue Wizard and the champion of the Kingdoms of Laena, Ashara is following a prophecy stating that she is the Kingdoms of Laena's only hope and that she has the chance to defeat the Dark Queen Orbita. She's been trained as a paladin and is also known as a fearsome warrior.
• Civilisation: Kingdoms of Laeana. An alliance of several different kingdoms of several different fantasy races, the Kingdoms come together both for common trade and as a military pact against evil forces. Also known as the Free Peoples, they are known to value valour and courage on the battlefield and have a cosmopolitan and free culture. They joined Harem Hotel to end the war with Malica.

Transformations

• Paladin of Love: (World Transformation): A new religion will be added to the Kingdoms of Laena that will worship the goddess of love, Aphrodite, who preaches of a Master who will come and lead the people of Laena into a golden age. All paladins, including Ashara, will worship this goddess as their patron goddess and receive their powers from her. She'll also mandate that all her followers wear revealing armour. This change will be retroactive for all except Ashara. (Paladin)

• Blue Wizard: The unofficial leader of the Kingdoms of Laena, the Blue Wizard is known as the wisest strategist in the Kingdoms of Laena and possesses a wealth of magical talent almost equal to Orbita herself. He's also Ashara's father, and she is the only one he's willing to trust with his deepest secrets
• Orbita: Ashara's nemesis. The Dark Queen Orbita has amassed a dark army of all sorts of monsters to devastate the Kingdoms of Laena to achieve world domination. Growing up in this world of conflict, Ashara has made it her life's mission to defeat Orbita once and for all.
• Sylmara: Ashara’s mentor and one of the most dutiful, religious and skilled paladins in Laena’s history. As a High Elf she has had centuries of experience fighting armies of evil and the shadow, but despite her oaths she remains remains committed to the oaths of brotherhood and sisterhood that defined the Order of Laena. Or at least was the case before she worshiped Aphrodite.
• Aphrodite: Ashara's new patron goddess, BP vendor and confidant. Whilst working for Harem Hotel, Ashara feels a longing for Aphrodite's presence that she can't quite describe.

Queen Orbita

• Bio: The Dark Queen Orbita is the great enemy of the people of Laena. Cunning, cruel and malevolent, Orbita is a Master of all types of magic and manipulation. She effortlessly forges new creatures like trolls and orcs and corrupts benevolent species into twisted versions of themselves. There are no limits that she will not cross to conquer Laena.
• Civilisation: Malica. Once a barren wasteland, Malica was transformed under Orbita's rule into a thriving industrial juggernaut. Populated by orcs, trolls, dark elves and other dark creatures that Orbita either created or corrupted. Malica is the world's greatest military power and an extension of Orbita's dark will. Malica joined Harem Hotel to gain access to other dimensions to further expand Orbita’s tyranny.

Transformations

• Mother of Monster Girls: (World Transformation) Orbita's known as the Mother of Monsters, but who wants to be a Queen of orcs, trolls and dragons when she could be the Queen of huge-titted monster girls? This change won't be retroactive, and Orbita herself won't be affected... yet... (Demon Queen)

Other Relationships

• Ashara: The daughter of the Blue Wizard who is supposedly destined to defeat Orbita. She is a known enemy of Orbita, but for now Orbita sees her as a mere curiosity.
• Vaelthaea: Orbita’s spymaster and finest servant. Once a cunning wood elf ranger she was corrupted in Orbita’s baths of darkness into Orbita’s finest and most respected servant. She’s the being who's closest to being Orbita’s friend.
• Volutia: Orbita's greatest general. As a Sea Spawn, she has granted Volutia stronger free will in order to make her more effective in leadership. Volutia has been responsible for many of Malica's greatest victories and ferverently believes that the strong should lead.

Dr Synergy

• Bio: A failed wannabe supervillain and mad scientist, she was arrested just before she was selected to appear in Harem Hotel. Unlike the other contestants, Synergy does not care to win the contest and, in fact, hates the very civilisation she’s a champion of.
• Civilisation: Earth 372/ League of Justice Justice League, a superhero organisation consisting of a pure female group of superheroes from both the Marvel And DC universes. One day they failed to stop the Cult of Vestra League of Shadows from infecting humanity with a sterility plague called the Vestra Virus. As such, they join Harem Hotel hoping to find a cure.

Transformations:

• Comic Control: (World Transformation) Who wants generic, cookie-cutter superheroes and supervillains when there's a whole history of iconic busty babes just waiting for us? If chosen, then all the superheroes and supervillains of Synergy's world will be replaced by iconic DC and Marvel female characters. This change is retroactive, and Synergy won't be affected (Supervillain)
• Her greatest creation: (Solo) Rankorr turned out to be a bust, but what if, instead of a monster, he had become a symbiote? Now Rankorr will be resurrected as a symbiote for Synergy, enhancing her sexual talents and stamina, albeit at the cost of increased arousal and constantly being fucked by tentacles when her holes are otherwise unoccupied. (Genius)

Other Relationships

• Rankorr: Once her attempt to destroy the League of Justice Justice League once and for all. Rankorr proved to be a massive, easily crushed failure who was resurrected by Hera and now serves as a slime girl symbiote for Synergy.
• Golden Warrior Power Girl: Ordinarily, she would be Superman's cousin. However, as this is a timeline in which Superman does not exist, Power Girl has taken his place as the Earth's mightiest hero. Power Girl has seamlessly replaced Golden Warrior as the leader of the Justice League and as Synergy's nemesis. Either though in either version, neither have met.
• Fire Lantern Ms Marvel: A new recruit for the Justice League, she happened to be the superhero responsible for arresting Synergy. A nerdy teenage girl with shapeshifting powers.

Lady Vanite

• Bio: The matriarch of the Vanite household. Lady Vanite is charismatic, intelligent and ambitious. A skilled politician in the halls of Westminster, she’s a divisive politician in all aspects of British life, but she’s well attuned to navigating political life. Or at least she was, as a combination of the Boobocracy Transformation and her flat chest has lost her everything.
• Civilisation: British Empire. From a timeline in which the age of European Imperialism never ended, the British Empire is the largest, strongest and richest Empire the world has ever seen. Dominating nearly all of the Americas, the bulk of the Pacific, and the entire Middle East, in addition to its historical borders. Yet this rampant imperialism has come with unmitigated pollution, climate change and resource extraction and now the Empire is a paper tiger that has resorted to Harem Hotel to combat massive climate change.

Transformations

• The bustless serve the busty: (World Transformation): Instead of social status and wealth being decided by bloodline, race or title it will instead be a matriarchy decided by the size of a woman’s tits. Those who have small or flat chests will be expected to serve those with bigger tits, and Vanite can earn BP by serving her Master or her superior busty Mistresses. (Aristocrat)

Other relationships:

• Kiona: Lady Vanite’s favourite maid. A woman from the Faroke tribes in America, she’s been forced to find work in the Vanite estate. Lady Vanite is pompous and often unintentionally rude, and yet she is also generous and kind. Now as a result of the Boobocracy transformation, Kiona's past has changed so that she is now a Duchess and Minister of Intelligence.
• General Elizabeth: Queen Elizabeth III: Once Lady Vanite’s sister in arms, she proved herself a war criminal, and Lady Vanite made it a point of pride to ensure she was removed from office. Lady Vanite took her sword as a trophy. In the new Boobocracy, Elizabeth has the biggest tits in the Empire and rules Britain. She often wrestles with her Prime Ministers and is disgusted by the idea of Democracy, which she sees as an affront to her divine Tit given right to rule.
• Prime Minister Morgana: A strictly conservative woman, she’s known for being tough on crime and low on taxes but also for deregulating business and growing wealth inequality. Compared to other members of the British Government, Morgana had merely a respectable DD-cup, putting her in conflict with some of the anti-democratic aristocracy.

Mary Hunt

• Bio: A housewife and mother of three children, Mary is a deeply religious and conservative Christian who has doubled down on her faith to help deal with the stresses of the home front in the war. Deeply protective of her children, especially from wicked influences.
• Civilisation: Christian States of America. Following an alternate history in which FDR was never elected, and America went through a deeply religious period throughout the Great Depression and Second World War. A new Templar secret police was created to terrorise anyone who didn’t toe the Christian party line. Under the leadership of President Reverend Cranston, the United States burned bridges with its own allies and started a war on communism and Satanic religion. Despite a strong start, the Americans have been overwhelmed and, with nuclear weapons never being invented, are now joining Harem Hotel to win the war.

Transformations:

• Mother's lessons: (World Transformation) In this conservative America, women are raised to be mothers and housewives by their mothers? So shouldn't it only make sense that mothers teach their daughters how to fuck? From now on they'll will be the duty of mothers to have sex with their adult daughters in order to teach them how to fuck their husbands. (Mother)
• Bimbo apocalypse: (World Transformation): In America, skimpy outfits are outlawed, dyed hair is outlawed, silicone breasts are outlawed, platform heels are outlawed, makeup is outlawed, and so is anything indecent or, quite frankly, fun. So what happens when every woman is forced into the body, style and outfit of a bimbo slut? Vote for this to find out! (Bimbo).

• Kimberly: Mary’s eldest daughter, a bit of a brat but has otherwise adapted well to Mary’s teachings.
• Cadance: Mary’s youngest daughter; she’s the most rebellious of Mary’s daughters and often finds herself at odds with her mother. Mary fears that her youngest daughter will soon end up arrested by the Templars.
• Sam: Mary’s oldest child and only child; he was conscripted to fight in the US Army, and Mary doesn’t know where he is.
• Samantha: Cadance's best friend who is a lesbian. Since LGBTQ is outlawed in the Christian states and everyone including Samantha, believes that LGBTQ are rapists and sinners, Mary is terrified that Samantha's unnaturalness will spread to her family.
• George: Mary’s husband, who volunteered to fight in the US Army, like her son; Mary doesn’t know where he is.
• President Reverend Cranston: The leader of the Christian States of America, an extreme Christian nationalist whose populist rhetoric led to the end of democracy in the United States and start of the Third World War.

Alema Ven

Bio: An energetic and optimistic student and head cheerleader, Alema is an extrovert and an idealist who wants to be an entertainer. She voted to join Harem Hotel so that she can find out what happened to her sister and father.

Civilisation: Federal Star States. A utopian Star Trek style society that was formed when a few million slaves escaped the slaver Gestalt Empire to form their own society where freedom and equality will reign. They succeeded and the Federal Star States is a true liberal utopia. However, they were never able to liberate their fellow slaves they left behind and have joined Harem Hotel to liberate them.

Transformations

• For simplicity’s sake: (World Transformation) Alema's species will now be known as Twileks, and any species in the Federal Star States will identify themselves as the Sci-Fi species they most resemble. (Alien, Freebie)
• Biological Needs: (World Transformation) The Twileks of the Federal Star States have a secret fetish for submission and degradation, ingrained from their ancestors’ lives as slaves to the Gestalt Empire. As an outlet for these urges, the Twileks of the States all get jobs as strippers and wear stripper outfits exclusively. And for the cherry on top, Alema will get her own stripper ass. This change will be retroactive and will affect Alema, but she will keep her memories. (Alien)

Other Relationships

• Vylara: Alema’s mother and a fellow Twilek. She’s sweet, kind and supportive to her children and her husband. A housewife and a painter, she stayed behind on Hutria to raise and look after Alema.
• Mina: Alema’s best friend and fellow cheerleader. The two are opposites, with Mina being anxious and introverted but the two balance each other out.
• Armkana: A noble and wise leader of the Federal Star States, Armkana is a fierce opponent of the Gestalt Empire and known for her benevolent economic policies. She held a referendum on joining Harem Hotel to save the slaves of the Gestalt Empire
• Alema’s father: Not much is known about him yet, apart from the fact that he’s an Orion and that he’s become part of an Underground Railroad with his daughter to smuggle slaves from the Gestalt Empire to freedom. He has since disappeared.
• Tema Ven: Alema’s sister and her hero; she joined their father as part of an Underground Railroad to smuggle slaves from the Gestalt Empire. She has since disappeared.

Hera The Great, the Fabulous, the Unbelievably Sexy, Hera!

• Bio: Host of Harem Hotel Civilisation edition, she’s a vain egomaniac who’s eager to push Alex to embracing the corruption she’s offering him. Cruel and all-powerful, Hera is a terrifying force.
• Civilisation: Harem Hotel. You know it, you love it.
• Transformations: N/A

• Aphrodite: Hera's co-worker who has volunteered to act as Ashara's shopkeeper, coach and Goddess.
