Rose Tyler (Billie Piper)

Rose Tyler was a companion of the Ninth and Tenth Doctors.

Raised by her mother on a London housing estate, Rose first encountered the Doctor when he blew up her workplace, and after helping him defeat the Autons, she travelled with him throughout time and space.

Even after being stranded in a parallel universe, she found a way to reunite with him.

When the BBC brought the show out of a long hiatus, they needed a companion who would look just as good with her clothes on as she did without them. Billie Piper was chosen for this task.

There have been many nude, blushing beauties in the TARDIS since, but fans would never have been able to enjoy those naked companions, if not for Billie and her equally embarrassed on-screen persona!
