Rioja, queen of the Land Fish

With all this power and potential, Hizz wondered how he could spread into the seas as they flew above the skies, looking down into the water. That's when Hizz found a small island surrounded by mountains, with fish-like inhabitants living on land.

Going in to investigate, Hizz realised they lost their gills. When he went in, these people were initially hostile to newcomers, but a visit with their queen allowed Hizz to learn a bit about them.

What Hizz learned was that they were called the Land Fish and had evolved after being isolated on this island, becoming completely land-based, leaving a deep sorrow in their society as they regularly wish to return to water-breathing ways.

Acting as the devil's advocate, Hizz approached Rioja, queen of the Land Fishes, promising her and her people a path back to the sea; all she needed to do was become Hizz's woman and fall under his banner. When Rioja resisted, Hizz decided to leave, stopping as Saturn's shadows whispered a dark secret into his ears.

The secret was that Rioja, their noble warrior queen and great ruler, who sacrifices her health for the people, is in fact the illegitimate second child from the royal line, a son thought lost at sea, Adamite. The first child, the real Rioja, was locked in the royal palace's basement's secret chamber. With this knowledge, Hizz used the shadows to move to Rioja's prison, where no sound or light escapes that underground box. Rioja was replaced because she was a terrible candidate and threatened to bring about disaster after disaster to the Land Fishes, forcing Adamite's hand to fake his **** and assume Rioja's place. However, with Hizz around, that didn't have to be the case; within minutes, Rioja was already on her knees begging to be freed from this darkness, offering everything, her people, her wealth, her sister, everything but herself. It was far too easy for Hizz to make a willing soldier out of Rioja; Hizz quickly had Moiré release his consciousness, bringing his rank along with him, a special trait inherent in every species that ensured a base level of power and a slight hint of submission from any being of a lower rank. Most races were far too close in power for this rank to matter, but a legendary dragon like Moiré had an especially high rank that, when fused to Rioja, upgraded her as the rank adjusted, simply by taking out Moiré's soul and putting it in Rioja.

Rioja's human hands grew into those of a beast's, she grew titanic, her blue hair turned into a fiery red that complemented her eyes, her tail became so massive that it shook the island and appeared out the other side, her internal anatomy warped to create organs that let her breathe fire or grow wings or heal quickly, her teeth sharpened, she grew scaly dragon legs, and the darkness of Saturn created a black armour that enabled Rioja to shape-shift, it always enveloped her, and Rioja was subordinated to Saturn. While in a human form, she floated just off the ground. She had an elegant form, and her hair flowed up in the air and changed every time someone blinked, from blue to red to blonde. As for Moiré, he was assimilated into Rioja, becoming stuck in a human form with dragon traits put on the ends of his limbs, also giving him a dragon tail. Moiré was a bit rebellious, but he was an obedient aide to Rioja while in this childish form, keeping her on track and loyal, and giving Rioja a cute girl to play with, now that Moiré's manhood was locked away for when Rioja or Saturn dictates he can have his dick back or have it taken away.

With these two by his side, Hizz had them come through the front door, fusing Rioja with an amulet that locked away her many forms inside her original form, something Rioja could deactivate on a whim. The people were shocked as they found out Adamite wasn't Rioja, witnessing all his scars made to look like her. In that moment, the people were outraged to have been lied to for so long, but Hizz didn't simply let them think Rioja was a good leader or that she had any time in office. Instead, Hizz made the Land Fishes fall silent using Saturn's darkness as he offered a deal to: take his hand and bring her people to the sea, saving them from Saturn's embrace, or lose everything and everyone while Rioja finds a way to bring these controlled puppets down her hole of failures as a leader.

Adamite had ****; he accepted Hizz's offer. In that instant, everything went black for Adamite as he was enveloped in a cocoon, with a bit of elf blood chucked into the mix. While inside, Hizz let Adamite experience centuries worth of memories, lessons, and trials, preparing Adamite for his future time as a queen of the seas. Adamite had lived out every second of all her people's lives, of Saturn's squires, of Hizz's women in power, and of hypothetical situations that prepared Adamite against anything.

When she finally emerged, Adamite was like the goddess of milfs, her aura was radiant, her form was sublime, and her curves were out of this world, seemingly designed only for sex, motherhood, and breeding. What's more, Adamite was made to be a beacon that would bring his people to a new age.
