Unlocking the Relationship Party Menu cost you a huge 50 points, giving you 40 left after subtracting your 90 points. You navigated the AMA homepage and a new menu appeared under Data labeled: The Relationship Party. You clicked on it.

In the Relationship Party Menu, you can click and drag the profiles of those you want to be in a relationship but do not want to lose serious Affection, Love, or Lust score with for sexual or romantic interactions with other members of the Relationship Party.

Members of the Relationship Party must be at least at the level of Romantic Interest or Lovers to be included in the Relationship Party.

Once in the Relationship Party, members will increase favourability to polyamorous relationships when it comes to the Party Leader (You). Members will also increase affection and love with each other. Depending on special modifiers, members may increase lust points to each other as well.

The Levels Are:

Level 1 – Skeptical

Level 2 – Forgiving

Level 3 – Tolerant

Level 4 – Supportive

Level 5 – Sister-Wife

Only time will tell. You had ways of observing the AMA’s effects in action after committing changes, but this seemed like something that would have an effect over time and be more subtle. You didn't think it would happen overnight but like the Affection Multiplier, it would increase at a higher rate the tolerance level for your polyamorous relationships.

Later that day, while you finished working out, you observe Jenna and Paige sitting together. They didn’t look serious so that probably meant they weren’t talking about you. They were laughing and just hanging out together on a lounge sofa. It was the first time in a while you had seen Jenna look happy.

Was the ethics of doing this to Jenna and Paige right? You weren’t so sure. But you were glad Jenna looked happy and that’s all that mattered to you.

You made a decision to leave them to have their gal time rather than butt in and show them their cause of tension between each other. Walking away to find others to hang out with, you pull out your phone to check if the AMA can show the progress of affection between Jenna and Paige.

The video starts in a familiar television studio boardroom you recognize. The men and women sitting around seem to be having lunch of sorts. Danishes, pastries, sandwiches, and large dispensers of coffee sit around the table.

The female producer who was there for your casting speaks first, putting down her cup of coffee, “That was a great week for us. I can’t believe the kid survived and with Paige as well.”

“I knew he had it in him,” A male producer said.

“Oh? The office pool says otherwise,” she replies.

“Well, that means the boy should be safe for another week, at least. We had to send Mona in earlier than we wanted to, but she should keep the social media guys buzzing, and viewers hooked. We can’t afford to lose this momentum,” A Warren Buffett type man said, he sat at the head of the table.

“Are we sure we want to disrupt Paige and Matt’s relationship this early?” An elder female executive said. “Our polls have shown they have become quite a popular couple.”

“That’s early. Like any relationship or love, everything is great at first, but it’s bound to sour the audience. People like that kind of stuff when it begins, but nothing will kill this show more than a stable relationship. Look at Mike and Rachel for God’s sake. We barely give them a minute per show cause people want drama. They don’t want lovey-dovey honeymooners, and it looks like Matt is headed in that direction with Paige,” The older executive replied.

“About that, sir,” A younger junior producer chimed in. “We have news from the latest events on the island, and it’s unfortunate, but we don’t believe Mona is going to be able to wedge herself between Matt and Paige.”

“What?!” The old man exclaimed. “Have you seen Matt’s type? He’s the type of guy that would fall for any pretty girl that twinkles their pretty little eyes at him. What exactly happened?”

“Sir… according to the footage we captured, Matt seemed to suspect Mona is one of ours somehow,” The younger producer replied.

“You guys said she was a talented actress? How the hell did he figure that out?”

“Who knows but it seems that route is done.”

“Oh for fuck’s sake... Let's hope Mona can at least break up Mike and Rachel or maybe go for Tom. Fuck. We can’t let this show become the Paige and Matt lovey-dovey paradise. We need something to break them apart so they can argue and fight and maybe reunite for the season finale.”

“There is Jenna,” The male producer who casted you weighed in. “Mona may not work, but there is definitely something there between Jenna and Matt.”

“Jenna seems to be downturned and depressed lately. Our team has talked to her, and we believe she’s very close to calling it quits,” A young female assistant producer added.

“What the fuck do you mean calling it quits?” The old man asked.

“Like leaving the show on her own volition. Again, sir, we are doing everything to prevent that from happening.”

“No no no no!. That absolutely can not happen. We need to light the spark between Matt and Jenna again. I want you to send Jenna on a date,”

“With Matt? That makes no sense. They aren’t coupled, and viewers will complain that we are constantly sending Matt on a date and rigging it for him,” The female producer said.

“We could make her choose… Who else would she choose?” The male producer said.

The video ends there.

It was strange. Before they, the producers, wanted you to find love but now the producers are actively trying to sabotage your relationship with Paige to create drama and tension on the island. The app, however, showed you this in counter. Obviously this meant the producers really didn't give a shit about you and just cared about ratings.

You made your way to Jenna to talk to her. Two things were going on in your head. Maybe you wanted to convince her to stay on the Island. Or maybe you wanted to convince her not to choose you for the date. Jenna was sitting on a lounge sofa with Paige and Liz, and before you could speak to her, a familiar tone beeps out of Jenna's phone, and Jenna goes to check it.

“Guys! I have a text!” Jenna shouts as she holds her phone.

You felt as if you were being dragged under by wheel of destiny at this point, unable to stop it.

“Jenna, it's ladies' choice. Pick one lucky guy you want to spend some time on a date with,” Jenna reads.

When Jenna looked up from her phone, the first thing she sees is your face.

“Matt… want to go on a date?” Jenna asks.

“Umm… sure?” You say. What else could you have said?

Jenna stares at your face once again, a sad smile crossed it, and then she gets up from her sofa and goes to the main house to change.

Paige gets up, not looking pleased, and kisses you on the cheek and says, “Have fun.”

A poke hit the side of your body, tickling and shocking you.

“But not too much fun,” Paige adds with a dark note.

You had hoped the Relationship Party menu would have worked instantly for occasions just like this. They didn’t give you much choice but to go on this date. Sighing, you left to go change while Paige walked away.

Not looking to impress Jenna, you wear that tacky Hawaiian shirt you first came to the island with that the producers made you wore and a pair of jeans.

A new mission pops up in your vision and you check your phone for the details.

So this is how it is, huh? You suppressed an urge to throw the phone against the wall. Not only the producers were working against you, but the AMA was too.

Fuck this. You weren’t a **** to their machinations, both the AMA and the producers. You were going to go on this date and have fun but ONLY AS FRIENDS.

Nothing was going to happen. Nothing was going to happen.

Sure… in the back of your mind you still harbored romantic feelings for Jenna, but can you blame yourself? I mean look at Jenna. But you had Paige. How can you be so greedy? And more so, think about how much you would hurt Paige if you did this.

On the other hand…. It wasn’t like you and Paige were married or anything. Heck, you were really only lovers recently. Was it really right to keep all the love you had to just one woman?

You suppress a desire to bang your head into the wall. Putting on a bright face, you descend the stairway and head out. The group of islanders waited for you like a family at an airport, saying their goodbyes, and you and Jenna left the villa for a date.

Looking back, you wave to Paige one last time. You would come back here with your head held high, unashamed of your conduct while on the date. This was your hope at least.
